Shin! You are sooo entertaining! It’s fun to watch you struggle along in your attempt to share espresso information. While it’s fun, it would be good if you edited it down to give us a finished copy that was informative & much shorter, for those times were maybe in a hurry and just want the information and save the entertainment for later when we can enjoy it. It’s so great that you share your experience & knowledge with us!
I've only just started to explore water chemistry in my espresso making and this whole experiment you did was really interesting. I wonder what happened in the beginning to cause the pressure to be so weird but that's okay! You got what you set out to do, thank you!
Ohhh if you wait long enough during transport mode water comes out of the group / water spout. Good to know! And good to see you making more videos! As a recent DE1 owner, the videos from you and Paul have really helped me understand the machine
Don't beat yourself up about those mistakes mate, I have waaaay too many days like that. 😉 2 days ago, I was dialling in our new grinder, & like you, put the grounds from my previous test run, back into the grinder hopper. Great vid too, you taught me about the transport mode flush function, which would've been very handy to know when I did a de-scale (which I probably need to do), it took me forever to get the citric acid taste out of the water. Cheers from Australia. 👍🇦🇺👍
@@coffeeshin2788 I learn a lot from my mistakes, or laugh them off. The people that say they don't make mistakes, either do nothing at all, or they're liars. 😉
