[Digest] The Days of Japanese Countryside life | Seasonal Dishes of the year 

About a year has passed since we started living in the traditional Japanese style house, and before we knew it, the four seasons had come full circle. This time it's a compilation of the seasonal dishes we've made and eaten so far!
One of our pleasures is to enjoy the delicious food of the season while cleaning up. Being able to get seasonal ingredients close to home may be one of the great attractions of living in the countryside. Just remembering them makes me feel happy.
There are still a lot of dishes we want to make and ingredients we want to use.
We would be happy if you could enjoy the seasonal ingredients and dishes along with the future of the restoration of this house.
