Repost: Here is my role play business idea: The name of the business is Chuck's Wholesale Seed and Supply. Chuck is a distributer of seed, solid or liquid fertilizer, lime, pesticides and other bagged material. His warehouse sells these materials at HALF the price of his competitors (NORMAL IN-GAME PRICE). The catch is that you must buy full truckloads of any combination of materials you need to make the trip to his warehouse location worth it. (22 tons by weight or full pallet loads on a tractor trailer). He has his own forklift for transferring materials from his racks/trailers to your trailer, but he will not hold material that you can't pick up in one trip. He is a business man after all and time wasted waiting for you to make multiple trips and space in his racks is money lost. He's a reasonable and generous man, but there are no exceptions to get his steep wholesale discounts.

If you have stones in the field, you can get a stone picker and set up a stone crusher on your farm. With the stone crusher you can make lime to use on the field.

Hey FC, I have a business proposition for you. I am looking for a small piece of land in Copper Springs to open up a new fuel station. I would like to open up a small local station for local people to begin with, but also enough land on site to be able to expand if the demand is there. On site I am looking at opening up a small shop which will sell food and basics that the local community would need. I would also like to have an area where people cash wash their vehicles as well. If you come across anything that you find, then please do let me know.

Thats a great idea! Hopefully its close enough to our shop that we can grab a quick lunch from you guys and ive been looking at the zoning and the cost of an approved wash bay so it may be cheaper for us to wash equipment at your place!

You could always "rent" Todd's skid steer and then lease the bucket (if his is too small) in order to get the bigger bucket to landscaping.

The terrafarm mod is great but the amount of stones you get, which probably is realistic, is way to much for this sim. I hope they can reduce it a bit so that it becomes more user friendly to be able to do larger areas. Even using FS Miners creations are way too time consuming to do decent sized areas.

For the telehandler there is a claw bucket mod that i use as it is quite useful for scooping rocks or grain up even silage as it has nearly 4 thousand capacity and forestry as the claw is on there.

As a note in regards to planks and furniture... it does take a VERY long time for trees to process into planks, and even longer for planks to process into furniture. So if you're worried about getting too much money too quickly, I really don't think that would be an issue.... Ironically I'm in the process of buying a new house same as you, and it has a shop on the property that I'll be using as a woodshop for making furniture and cabinets(among other hobbies). Business Proposition?.... My GF is a rookie potter, and I've been wood working (and black smithing) as a hobby for years. We're hoping this new setup will give us the space we need to slowly turn what we love into a way to make a TRUE livable income. I build furniture and cabinets(and guitars), and she throws the dishware to fill them... Hopefully it works out in our favor. :D

Finally a new episode!! Hey FC food for thought on what I did concerning the rocks themselves. I played a for a bit with them on but they were a nuisance to deal with. But since the map has custom painting textures I removed the rocks and just used the rock textures for hard angles around buildings if I didn't want to soften the ground, as a detail. All the in game ridges after rock removal still have the rock paint textures in their place so from an asthetic point of view, that map won't really look that different. Happy farming my man! Hoping to see my cattle yard pitch that I made on episode 1 of the series come in one day!

Hello I would like to open a gas station. I have a gas station called country corner all ready and I am looking to branch out as there seems to be some activity in the area and I feel that everyone will appreciate having a gas station nearby. Here's an idea for my subscriber contract, To start maybe getting lumber like others in order to build my building and or leasing equipment to help in the building of a family restaurant that can butcher animals on the map, buying many different things that involve production chains, and RP buying animals for meat products to sell in the restaurant If someone already got a restaurant then I wouldn't mind being a butcher that partners with them And I hope you are having a wonderful time playing and producing amazing content for us even with such a busy life, always going to be an avid watcher,

By the way, what happens if your tractor would come to 0% health? Will it just stop working? Will you see smoke billowing up from under the bonnet? Will it grind down to a halt in a spectacular fashion? And how do you go about repairing a stranded vehicle which cannot move under its own power?

Contract/Neighbor/Business idea: My family and I are in the process of moving our sheep farm to the area. Sadly our landlord that we were current leasing our land from has passed away and his children have decided to sell the property once our lease is up. We are unable to afford their asking price and have decided to move here where we can afford to buy our own piece of land. The property was fairly cheap, however the area where we will be placing our pastures is currently heavily wooded - we could use some help in clearing the trees. We would like to keep a little bit of the lumber to help build our new barn, but the rest of the timber you may sell and keep the profits as part of your fee. Once we get the sheep moved in, we would be interested in buying hay from you, if you are selling. If you decide to have some sheep of your own, we can help set you up with a small starter flock of a ram and a some ewes. Once we get the farm set up and animals settled, we hope to work towards opening our own spinnery. Looking forward to meeting our new neighbors!

I have Spent my life as a Wall Street executive, now i just want to get back to Nature and build a nice mansion on a small patch of land preferable by a lake or Pond. I Require some assistance on which i would appreciate your discretion, I want to start a Winery (illegal, in the state of "No mans land" thanks to Giants). would totaly add realisim if we had to worry about irrigation since thats like honestly the most impirtant part of farming... watering the crop.. i kind of dont like thw fact that no irrigation exists except like water for animals on a basic pasture.

In real life irrigation is not used by most farmers, some areas use it a lot and some use it not at all, that is a big reason why it isnt in the game

I agree with FarmerCop in principle about it not always being used and it really depends where you are. In the West here irrigation is generally needed. That said it would be fun to play with pivots in this game.

Honestly if its anything like haut beyleron fueniture is painfully slow. Like to the point where one sawmill can support up to 10 furniture facilities. You wont be making a ton of money on furniture. It just takes too long. Chevk out Daggerwin's series if you dont believe me.

Idea for a business: Farm Shop/Supply business You could buy fertilizer, herbicide, slurry, digestive, water, lime and any other crop protection/products using the multifruit station by 82 studio. You could also sell the products back using government drain mod. Maybe even add a bunker silo and a rock crusher or even some solar panels. But do this later in the series when the land develops and there are more business.

I drive bottom dump transporting aggregates for a concrete company. Most places i go that are rollin in it have a 980K its in modhub. My truck is setup for doubles and that loader does 14tonnes in one scoop easily. They also, irl, have a built in scale. Disclaimer: i have yet to try it but im subscribed.

I feel the need to leave a bit of constructive criticism, not intended to be offensive. I do not like that you do so much off camera work then suddenly you have made all the money you need to buy a new tractor / trailer etc, because it feels like we missed a few episodes. That's where time lapses are best used. Right off the bat you complained constantly about things not working right when it was actually your lack of familiarity in the use of the mod or equipment that was causing your difficulties. You set economy to hard mode for a reason, then add in businesses and look for mods that allow you to circumvent it, what's the point? FYI, I have seen other videos that show a sign board near the main dealer that you can click on and it will remove all the rocks on the map.

Business idea. We need to move our rock and gravel company away from the developed land in to no man's land to keep the community from rezoning our current land do to desirable land values. We can crush stone into gravel and even make. Lime.
