I’m so glad I grew up with the English dub. This music had such a big impact on me. I listen to it when I want to record for emotional scenes. This music would’ve fit a lot better with it in my opinion. This is an amazing tribute
I'm watching this for the first time. Beein a digihead since I born. Yeah, one minute and fifty eight seconds that almost made a bearded grown man cry :´)
Like it was stated before that would have started the process possibly for most of them besides maybe T.K. and Kari as well as make the goodbye even sooner. The others were all kidnapped and stuck as kids because they were afraid to say grow up in some ways so of course, Tai and Matt are two of the only ones to not get kidnapped or give in to the need to go back to the past had to save them all. My guess is that some part of them was informed of the inevitable that they will lose their partners as soon as they grow up mentally and start the path toward adulthood even if it was just their subconscious that was taken to that weird part of the Digiworld I bet they were aware of all that was said.
@@Chuckles_the_Jester They actually didn't play Brave Heart during the reveal of the bond forms. They played an original song made for the movie (I know I'm responding 3 months late but whatever :P)
@@ZephyrBW yes which is what Gennai told Tai could happen and seems to always be the case except in rare occasions like the digidestained before Tai and his group in Tri.
@@KazukoLight as long as you can move never stop going forward no matter how long or if you have no clear idea as long as we keep walking we don’t give up on our limits
@@ZephyrBW Yeah to some degrees but it's true that we are limited when you think about how we think as kids compared when we are thinking more like an adult. We are very creative, speak our minds in a lot of cases or follow our heart but everything changes as we transition into adulthood and have to grow up we are told things by others and change the way we behave to fit in an adult world. For example as kids we pick multiple things that we want to be as a kid not even thinking about what needs to be done to achieve that goal all the time we just have all these ideas but as adults we are kind of programmed and trained how to behave and think in society or it's fully done by adulthood but kids seem a bit more free.
The dub background music gave the English Digimon series its own unique feel. Whether it's "better" or not is up for debate, but most poeple I see claiming the Japanese version is superior are comparing the "pop" songs used in the original... Butterfly, Target, etc. When compaerd to stuff like the repetitive "Hey Digimon", then yeah, they're better. But the orchestral stuff in the English version was much better composed, and better at evoking various emotions.
These videos are awesome at showing how much the Saban dub music ruins scenes. Excellent way to show why keeping the original score was by far the best thing for them to do in the English version of the movie.
We exist because of the English dub; it’s a part of our lives and made us long time fans in the first place; as Ansem would say; you understand so little.
@@BassDS1990 I grew up with the English dub. I understand it very well. It's just usually people who have not even watched the sub are clueless to what we missed. You, my fellow millennial, understand and know so little.
@@bryannoah9023 I’ve watched the sub a good bit, but I still prefer the dub because it’s a part of my life. I enjoy Butterfly and Brave Heart as much as the next guy, but I just enjoy the dub and it’s music infinitely more.
