that is weird that they aren't sold in the Philippines, like you said, you're much closer to Japan than I am. No I watched the cartoon and in to cartoon the cat one was called Gatomon its not a translation fail on your part Joy it's a packaging fail or they named that Digimon different fir the cartoon to the anime
