The On Deletion effect doesn't belong to a tamer because it is an inherited effect. That On Deletion effect would belong to a digimon. Making it stoppable by memory blockers.
Great Video i really like it :) but i do have a question. You said that Rhihi will keep the retaliation effect from Kaiserleo, can you explain me why??? im new to this game and i do not really understand why Rhihi would keep the Retaliation effect, since its no inherited effect.
Thanks so much for watching, and welcome! The reason why that the Rhihimon still keeps the Retaliation from KaiserLeo because all effects in the card game that are gained from a Digimon is passed down to the other whether you Digivolve on top or De-Digivolve it. Hope that explains it!
@@AVAULT ah ok i see thank you very much for the explanation :). So its basically the same ruling as for option cards, when i use it on one of my digimon and evolve it into another one, it will keep the effect of the option card
