The only problem with digital care that patients have less access seeing clinical staff face to face including problems accessing medical records to provide medical evidence to other Government organisations like DWP PIP and UC medical accessments. Future digital will require patients giving full access to medical records to be transfered to DWP for medical accessments knowing during the Covid-19 problem thousands of doctor's have failed to write medical reports for peoples assessments.
This strikes me as a slippery slope towards a less accountable and less effective system for anyone that can't afford private healthcare. Basically unless you pay for it, you don't get to meet your doctor.
