I know right?, but however in this case Shahid himself had told in interview that he was an background dancer in few songs of "Dil toh pagal" Before Only Desi and this video. So this Cameo detail wasn't something new (at least not for me).
Yeah, I read in an interview that Karishma had to give many takes in Le gayi, Le gayi due to his hair not settling on time. He almost got busted by her that day. So funny to think about now
2 Things: - Either Nisha should have happiness in her life and have a great life ahead OR Nisha and Pooja open their dance studio because they’re fierce. - Manish Malhotra, the genius that you are. Urmila and Karisma WERE SETTING TRENDS AND CREATING HERSTORY
Oh fun fact. In the end Akshay Kumar as Ajay meets Karishma Kapoor as Nisha. 4 years later they play Ajay and Nisha again in Ek Rishta the bond of love and are introduced in a love hate Song. Looked like an Ajay and Nisha universe from DTPH to ER 😊
0:53 YES, YES, YES. He was in ‘Taal’ too. Also, fun fact: Varun Thakur actually met him at a party because he was a dance instructor to someone he knew.
That's not her actual face, in reality Rani Mukherjee is taking that girl hostage and revealing that girls's face infront of us to clear her name. Yeah she think we are foolish enough to thought "oh she isn't Rani Mukherjee" but we don't 😈.
Omg the *oh so casual face reveal* 😍🥰❤..i love your videos and bina gali wali comic timing (which is so rare and fresh these days) now finally got to see the person behind the beautiful voice, its great .. sending love from one bong to another ❤
Oh my... We finally get to see Dame TQTS!!!! That itself deserves a like. As for the movie, have never watched it fully and don't think certain movies need all that time and energy. But it is popular for sure.
Movies gone through phases. Pre-social media, Post-social media era movies. Pre-internet, Post-internet era movies. Pre-internet era movies were like the above.
Wow! Face reveal. Keep going dear I thoroughly enjoyed the review. I liked all the jokes, not exaggerating, ALL of them. Let me say how many of them I can list here - first of all the Rahulness of Rahul, parallel between Kuch Kuch hota hai and Dil to pagal hai, Maya Sarabhai, the Nisha-is-pooja-pooja-is-Nisha just blew my mind. That was so true. There are a few things I would like to add. I think Karishma showed up for the dance-off because she didn't want to be beaten at something she was good at; not just for Rahul. That is still a healthy expression of jealousy than a woman objectifying a man and trying to break the couple apart. I felt bad for her. Typical Bollywood- making the non-assertive, 'selfless', sanskari woman the lead while sidelining a slightly tomboyish character as a friend because she is not sanskari enough to be wife material. I liked Karishma more than Madhuri in this. No one was ready to be cast in the supporting role with Madhuri but she did it because she was confident in her acting Again, great video
Karishma's style in this movie can be considered straight out of Pinterest... So iconic 💫✨️ Especially her Blue and Grey sequence dress 👗 I actually want that dress....❤ Also youtube ki janta ko face revel mila 😂😂😂
Thank you so much for this video! So intelligently done! I was just discussing this with a friend how these spoof/roast videos are SO tough to make -just to keep your audience excited and buzzing! Excellent job 👏🏻
I found your channel today and wayched 10 videos already. You have such amazing humour without using cuss words or putting anyone down. !!!subscribed!!!!
Humne bhi ek ladke ki wajah se apne best friend se ladai nhi ki aaj tak frnds hai aur apne se pahle dusro ke baare me sochte hai isliye hurt hote rahte hai hamesha 😢😂
5:56 Creepy Male Gaze 101. He’ll get funding, be described as an ‘auteur’ and have a loyal fan base jo SAB ko gaali degi. The ingredients are all there. 6:06 LMAO YOU SAID IT BEST
You're so prettyyy girl I recently discovered your channel and trust me I have never seen a better female film critic then you!! Also again you're very prettyyy!! 🎀✨
Aww you replied and i meant there are hardly any women in comedy and i personally am not fond of everyone but i can always look upto you when i wanna watch women in comedy!!♥️✨
idk why but I think you can make an awesome review on jagga jasoos, I really like the way you present opinions and would love to hear your thoughts about it
In 1997, I wanted to see the movie... only because Anand Mathur ki colleague baar baar Hum Paanch mein usko bolti thi flirtatiously ki chaliye shaam 6 baje ke show mein Dil To Paagal Hai dekhne chale and I thought, kya hai itna khaas is film me. When I saw it, didn't like it.. kyonki kabhi bhi kahin bhi naachna gaana chaalu ho jaata hai. In 2023, at the behest of my roommate in US, saw it again. Still didn't like it... except Karishma Kapoor. She was my crush in the 90s before I grew up and started admiring Anushka Shetty and Priyanka Chopra, but wo baat alag ... she really acted well.. baaki wohi, kuchh bhi ho raha hai aur achaanak se jahaa tahaa gaana chaalu ho jaata hai. But the music, O dear God the lovely music by Uttam Singh , timeless. I guess going by Hollywood concept, this is a true "musical" ... because I recently saw Wonka, they highlight crucial points via song and choreography... hence I found it charming. Hamaari filmo mein gaane to aise hi hote hain and none are exactly "musicals". This one, IS.
I've been wanting to watch a nutshell of this movie for a very long time lekin kahi mil hi nahi raha tha. I'm glad I made it on time today, here before YRF strikes this video 💀
Hello! I wanted to say thank you for your content. I am a big Bollywood movies fan and I can understand Hindi thank to it. You deserve to have a million subscribers. Can't wait for you to achieve that goal. All the best. Greetings from France
Although it's my favourite movie mostly because of it's songs but it's always fun to come back and see your witty take on this. 😂😅 and that Despicable Me reference at 3:20 ❤😊
I was in my late 20s when I realised that Dil Toh Pagal Hai is all about its music and dance. If you remove that all you get is ever gorgeous Madhuri running on the grass .... with her dupatta .... a lot 😂
Thx for this power-packed MasterClass 👩✈️✌🏼 I learnt a lot about 90s trend origins 🕺 and references spanning three decades after the movie Naam toh suna hi hoga to Anuv Jain's Husn 🌈
6:30 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 damn i love maya sarabhai 12:36 main heroine hun se yaad aaya that we have never seen karisma and kareena act in a movie together. They're such a cute sibling duo and i so wanna see them together!
'Rahul kind of missed the part where he was supposed to miss her' that was sick😅 Another request: Please make a dishonest review of 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' i.e. another movie I remember only by too much use of heart balloons.
looking at the various clip cuts, I suddenly realise Hrithik and Deeepika can make a good looking screen pair... O wait, khair hall hai nahi paas mein to jab streaming pe aayega tab udte aur maar peet karte dekhenge Marflix ko.
1. The movie where karishma stole the show from the leads. She was just amazing. 2. The movie where Madhuri was playing the same goodie next door girl which she had been playing since the eternity. 3. SRK too was just the same which was he playing himself as flamboyant and as loud as he was in his entire 90s and early 2000 era. 4. The movie where songs were just wow. The saving grace of this movie along with karishma.
Kind of ironical that the credit scene has all the cast and crew are shown with their spouses with a song on love and destiny playing and then we have Aditya Chopra with his wife whom he would be divorcing pretty soon. Both the Yash jis were cute with their wives though. Ngl
11:27 Wait, you had never watched "Dil To Pagal Hai" before this? I am older than most of you so it might be because of that but I found it kind of impossible to 'not' watch any of these YRF-Dharma movies during their heyday. They were always on some channel or other. Even the ones I particularly disliked like "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" or "Salaam Namaste" I kind of ended up watching multiple times thanks to cable TV.
To be very honest in 90 movies like DDLJ Dil To Pagal Hai Kuch Kuch Hota Hai etc. Ruin my life I was very nice in studies and one day I saw this movie start falling in love with every second beautiful girl I met and finally left the studies in between . How many of them related to the same story as mine?
