I remember now the low blows and the head-clash knock down. I think Joe can acceptably claim he was hard done by. The same Whyte on that night would not survive the Parker of the last few months.

parker would beat whyte comfortably now i think! parker has got better since this fight and whyte has declined! parker has been much more active aswell, parker is 13-1 since then and 6-0 in last 6 fights wins over zang and wilder too, were as whyte is 7--2 got kncoked out by povetkin and since then looked slow and poor, looked shocking against fury when got knocked out, looked poor against franklin didnt fight at all in 2023 because of a ban i just cant see him beating parker in rematch, parker's only 32 aswell as whyte is 36 . still a good fight tho!
