A_B B_A I challenge anyone to find me a better heavyweight clash in the last 10 years Klitschko vs joshua is second to this fight. Non stop action fron start to finish
M M how did he swerve pulev who the hell wants to fight in bulgaria in a no money fight as for ortiz there is no guarantee he would have got the shot at wilder so he took the parker fight if he beats parker hes can make a claim for the second best heavyweight on the planet depending on what povetkin does
M M epic sports and entertainment seem to be way outbidding everyone on everything - don't reckon it'd make business sense for hear to put down that much money for Whyte to only get 25% of the purse
He is responsible for people not liking him. He is obviously learning now, or his advisors are ensuring, he gets the UK crowd on his side with this new humble public persona we're all seeing. I'm not convinced yet!
Used to hate him with a passion but since he’s started being himself instead of playing the bad guy I like him, and I actually respect for willing to fight anyone
Boxing Reviews & News I use to think that but that's just propaganda. He didn't push aj, he didn't throw a table, and yes he sometimes talks gangster stuff but he was more so made to look like the bad guy because aj is the golden boy. Remember TV companies do narratives to sell fights. However was he not a nice guy on the IFL interview (when I first saw him)
After the joshua fight been watching this guy hes now my fave boxer hes funny not scared of anyone speaks his mind and hes a warrior will fight anyone And take risks even after being knocked out comes back twice as strong apsalute warrior
Dhameer Govind when dereck chisora called Dillian whyte a goat he really called him greatest of all time lol I bet Dillian would take that compliment any day
Always been a big fan of dillian since the first AJ fight build up, he's now easily my favourite boxer and has such a likeable and funny personality, i genuinely think he gives AJ serious trouble in the rematch.
Couldn't stand this brother initially but given his background and what he's accomplished so far in his boxing career got to give the man his props. Whyte needs to be given his title shot soon. He's earned it.
It will be a total mismatch if they fought again, since their first fight joshua has developed into an elite world champion, collecting belts, taking 0s and fighting some of the best in the world, what has whyte achieved? his best win is against habitual loser derek chisora in a fight most people think whyte actually lost
Sometimes i think when Whyte is in thick of action and throws the right hand he always expose himself to real danger that could come with a very good counter puncher. That being said i hope and him and his coach have work on this.JP is good boxer irrespective of his performance against AJ and is going to be a tough one for Whyte. But I genuinely hope Whyte wins,we got support our own.
I've ordered it already and happy to pay for this fight. I've also put £50 on whyte to win and £30 for the knockout. Was shocked by the odds against whyte
emk123 nope it wasn't, but thanks for your concern dude. I ain't lost a bet for a while, not on boxing anyway, made good money on calzaghe, good money on froch groves, good money on bellew (a few times). I just study recent form and style. Look at my comments why I made this bet
First fighter I can remember coming out AFTER THE FIGHT and saying "the hates real" . im just starting to watch this but he said that straight after fight on another interview. Real guy this Is
I feel for Dillian Whyte. He gets overlooked quite a lot. After his loss to AJ, AJ just took off and went on to become multiple heavyweight champ while Dillian had to more or less start from the bottom again. But he's been plucky and worked his way back up, and I really feel he deserves another title shot, but he has to go back in there with Chisora, in a fight where the winner will probably face AJ in April who's going to be much better rested. I'd love to see him come back and beat AJ but I just can't see it. Dillian would use the same tactics again and try to go toe to toe with him, and as much as I don't rate AJ as a boxer, he's the best finisher in the game for me currently. If he had Dillian wobbling at any point he'd finish him.
Didn't see you putting it on del boy to "Do it now or go out side with him is it" like you did with AJ. Nar... but still got a raw beatdown. RAAARRRSSSS CLAAAARRRTT
Power is good, jab is good, left hook is good, body shots are decent but footwork is sloppy and can make him look like a bar room brawler. Food for the top HW's.
Such a genuine nice guy...most likeable guy in British boxing by a country mile. A rare bread of boxer who is fighting for desire to achieve before every else.
Needs to cut out the showboating crap. He is actually a good fighter but every fight of his has to have a gimmick of a build up. Think AJ would make easier work of him if they fought again, not that I like AJ.
Dillian has gotten better over the last several fights, I think he beats Chisora decidedly. He probably could beat Wilder but I doubt Wilder would chance it.
I like both Dillian and Joshua and it's cool to see there's a level of respect that's developed between them now. Deontay is just trying to get straight to the Joshua fight without taking any risks in between and fighting Dillian is a risk he does not want to take. I think he'll be content knocking over cab drivers until eventually he will have to take a big fight. He will have to come to the UK to get what He wants at some point though.
For me this is the fight that will prove whether Parker has what it takes to be a true world champion. Dillian is no joke. He is on the rise and he is hungry to stake his claim. I can't put Parker on the same level as David Tua who had the power to put anyone away if he connected clean, and I was disappointed in his performance against AJ as I felt he didn't chase it like a man who wanted to be world champion. However if he does well here he redeems himself. If he does not, then it almost seems like destiny that Whyte and AJ get their 3rd and deciding fight. Either way, fans of boxing can't lose so I'm super excited for this fight.
I know Parker hasn’t shown the level of form that people have expected from him over his last few fights, but I can’t see Whyte winning. Whyte was at his best against Chisora, and it was effectively a draw. I actually edged it for Chisora. I can only assume Parker is better than that version of Chisora, so I have to give Parker the nod here. Dillian is typically a brawling knockout artist, and Parker has the best chin in the business, so that won’t happen for him. Whyte’s only chance of victory is a points win, which I just don’t see happening. A fight I’m excited to see, but will be sad to see either of them lose, as they’re both good men and great for the sport. 🥊🥊👍🏼
Anybody find it hilarious that this guy Dillian Whyte has lone Wolf on his shirt along with BodySnatcher and he howls like a wolf coming to the ring to the music of Tue movie "JAWS"... NOBODY THINK THISBGUY IS ALL OVER THE PLACE???
Let's be honest here, guys. His best moment as a professional boxer was landing that 1 punch that rocked AJ. Since then he went life and death with a shot to pieces Chisora, and beat a number of absolute bums including that fat slob Browne in front of a 25% full O2 Arena. It's odd that despite all this he somehow feels he's deserving of world titles and millions of pounds. I get it, this is the state of heavyweight boxing these days but let's look at this objectively. Jo Parker is the only serious opponent he has faced since AJ. He wins, then he deserves to be taken seriously.
I thought DW was well out of condition when he fought AJ and was carrying a shoulder injury - still wobbled him to his core and put up a good fight...I like him and hope he beats Parker but for me Parker is the better boxer and quicker and more precise of the two. I feel proud he took the fight he could have taken a wait and had his world title shot - but took a gamble here. Personally I am disappointed AJ said if he (DW) won he would not fight Whyte... If he ducked Wilder and Whyte next by offering flat fee this n that and say he fought Millar who Hearn is currently trying to promote/talk up then AJ should put his belts in the bin cos its a disgrace. Whyte wins he deserves a shot at the title
Whyte~Parker.. Been fighting the best..Much respect, Can Dillian dominate, & catch him, break him down, or will Joseph out box, & catch him with da upper cut, & will he go to war with the dangerous body snatcher, or will he fight the way H. Fury fought him? Great Fight!
