Tested it just now and apparently Jean's CA ICD follows Her NA ICD timing 😅 The DMG itself is decent (108k Using Chiori's Wep w/ Yelan + Kazuha) though couldn't Vape each CA due to the ICD so the DPS is kinda bad. Can't even drop Kenki's HP to half in one rotate for reference.
Crit Ratio doesn't affect which sand would be better, it all depend on your team supports. Stick to EM if you often run Kazuha or Xianyun. Swicth to Atk if you often run Sucrose or if the Team can access high amount of EM Buff like Instructor + Elegy + C2 Kazuha. In some case if your EM build has extremely low attack and relatively low EM (50) even with lower ratio would perform better anywhere with some EM Buff like Insturctor or Abyss Card, this is especially true if you are using EM Wep.
I have done numerous Diluc guide in the past, you can check my "Guide and Showcase" Playlist. Though simply put Get as much EM & Crit Ratio if you often play Him with Kazuha / Xianyun + Bennett. Or use Sucrose if you don't have good EM Builds or simply don't want to invest too much on Diluc as She allows you to solely focus on Crit Ratio.
Not worth it IMHO. Without Vaping the Q will be only doing 150k~ at best on mild investment (Buffed) which still lower than Instructor + TtoDS Buff provide in general (above 200k) Doing Nuke Vape on the other hand while justified, would be extremely clunky for How Her Q ICD works plus making rotation last longer. So it's extremely impractical.
02:55 How did you make the Hydro doesn't dissapear here after 2 Vapes? I tried doing the same with Mona but the Hydro always run out after 2 Vapes when I did Q E with Her.
There is short window before Mona's E begins to apply Hydro. If you can apply Hydro & Attack fast enough before Her E hit first, the Hydro aura won't dissapear after 2 Vapes, and instead lasted for 4 Vapes for Diluc's case (except if Diluc use Q)
