The medicine that Owen was holding is probably the most trustworthy Chinese medicine for upset tummies, i'm Chinese myself, and have been taking that ever since i was a little kid.
lol I just googled it and apparently they found two things that may be carcinogenic in there so they recalled in 2010. Who knows how many are still circulating in the US after being shipped. I'm never taking those. never made me feel any better.
SennenRageFanboy I don't think it's regulated by the fDA. it's from China lol The FDA doesn't regulate everything that is on our counters. Keep taking them if you like, my parents have them in the medicine cabinet. I'm not even sure if what I read was accurate so don't take my word for it.
the proper cantonese way to say it is deem sum. it means to touch the heart or little hearts. I think it has to do with how much effort it takes to make one of them.
LOL this isn't Chinatown. this is richmond district. But Im glad you didn't go to CT... at least this place is semi cleaner and the food is slightly better. Maybe owen wants to throw up because he ate so much.
