Dimash's original music is far better than any of the few covers than he's done because they're written for his voice. If you're averse to listening to anything that's not in English then I'd recommend Stranger, Your Love, Go, Go Power Rangers because they're all in English. But honestly, nothing sounds better than when Dimash sings in his native Kazakh.

👉 In 2017 Dimash received a wildcard for the “The Singer” competition in China. He was the youngest participant ever (22 years old). Foreign participants were actually forbidden at that time. The director ignored the ban, believing Dimash would only stay 1 or 2 episodes and then go home. This competition is not a talent show. Only professional, award-winning singers participate. "All By Myself" was the 9. song in the competition “The Singer 2017”. The competition consisted of 14 rounds over 4 months. The jury consisted of 500 spectators who knew music, not just your average "Joe". They were well screened to be sure they would be able to judge the musicians fairly and competently. With up to 1 billion people watching this TV program and international interest was aroused. The performances were uploaded to RU-vid ... and so we became Dimash's Dears. The Chinese organizers planned... but Dimash came, sang and stayed ... for the next 3 years in China ... but he only finished second in the competition because he is not Chinese (conditions have changed: 2018, Jessie J. won). Just come across your channel and have subscribed in the hope of more Dimash reactions from you! In 2017, he was invited to perform on a prestigious, 14-week-long, Chinese tv contest for professional, established singers, and the theme that season was 'Covers' - hence this song. He was totally unknown in China at the time and wasn't expected to last more than 2 weeks in the competition but instead progressed right through to the finals - and from that stemmed world-wide recognition ...... His fans (known as Dears) are very used to using the CC button to understand the lyrics of his songs, so please don't be afraid to explore unfamiliar songs of his - most of them on his channel have subtitles available in various languages including English, and are amazing and varied! (You might be interested to know he's a fan of MJ and Queen).

Three other favoritesà of mine are "Ikanaide", "Samaltau" and "I'll Die for the Winds of the Mountains" ( from his recent concert in Armenia)..
