Little background from others… Dedicated the performance (song not written for) a Dear who wanted to attend a concert but never got the chance. She had terminal cancer. Dimash went to see her in the hospital. She is now an angel. You will see tears in Dimash’s eyes throughout this beautiful song. He continues to amaze in so many ways. 😢❤😢😢😢 There is a version on his channel with English subtitles.

Dimash started in Kazakh and changed to Mandarin after the first violin solo. This song was dedicated to a young dear who was too ill to attend a Dimash concert so Dimash visited her in hospital before she passed. Dimash was visibly tearful during the song. Cheers!

I absolutely agree Joel, you hit the nail on the head, it was absolutely “subtly beautiful” ❤. I know a lot of people hit play to watch Dimash and hope for vocal fireworks, but I love when he stays in this range. And the instrumentals were beautiful as well

This song is very beautiful. It has a Piazzolla "feel" to it. Kazakh composer Renat Gaissin is the same as "Rivers of Love" and "Qairan Elim". He has a RU-vid channel. 😊 Dimash is a gift from the universe!! Bravo Dimash!! 💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

This is a Kazakh love song, we should stop expecting the crazy high notes in every song Dimash sings. This was perfect. There's no one on this earth who will produce these clear notes. And he sang both in Kazakh and Chinese.

This is one of my favorites. While in Kazan to do a concert, Dimash learned of a young girl who wanted to attend his concert but could not because she was battling terminal cancer. He left rehearsal and went to visit her. He sat with her, talked with her, took photos, lots of hugs. The song is dedicated to her from what was written.

For those who remember, Renat Gaissin, who composed this song, is the author of the song "Qairam Elim" (2020) whose video was directed by Dimash himself and was the winning song for an audience choice on the American MTV in 2020 (Renat Gaissin appears in the video playing the piano). He also made together with Dimash the instrumental song "River Of Love", where Dimash plays dombra, a Kazakh folk instrument, and the song “Omir Oter”

Dimash è un grande artista oltre che cantante, e di canzoni senza particolari esplosioni ce ne sono diverse, soprattutto nel repertorio kazako. Ti consiglio "qaragym aï", Dimash e pianoforte. Angel love è cantata in kazako fino all'assolo di violino, poi la canta in cinese mandarino. Grazie

great reaction. I didn't read all the comments so you probably already know this, but the first half was in Kazakh and the second in Mandarin (to show his appreciation to the Chinese people and he learned the lyrics just a few hours before the show). I absolutely love this song and he sings it so emotionally. Love, love the violin-played beautifully and really added so much to the song. 💜💜
