Thank you for your reaction. Dimash asked Mr. Krutoy to compose this Ave Maria. Dimas is of Muslim faith , Mr Krutoy is if Jewish faith & this version is for Humanity. No matter what religion you are, or if you are anon believer . I love this version, It is angelic, beautiful and heavenly. Ohio, USA

This vocalise is a universal prayer for all people who strive towards the light.😍 In the beginning and end, instruments mimic sounds recorded from deep space by NASA. This lends an otherworldly feeling so that once Dimash opens his mouth, we float away on the perfection of his voice. Dimash insists that he is just a regular guy but that is exactly what an Angel would say.👍 🥰🥰Hugs from Canada🌹🦭🇨🇦

The song was adopted by Christians? Ave Maria was origionally composed by Cassini, and experts can'teven agree on that. Yes, there have been hundreds of versions and adaptations since then. So you can't exactly state that Christians 'claimed' the song. The Ave Maria that most people know has been unchanged for a long time. This arrangement is purely based on two lines of the Cassini version. Dimash never said that this is a vocalise to include all religions. Certainly nobody said the sounds mimic deep space sounds that were recorded by NASA. If it reminds you of it, then that is perfectly fine. But we can't state that this is a religious vocalise nor that parts are based on NASA recordings. Please be careful of comparing Dimash to a heavenly being. It is haram in Islam.

And it depends on which historical or astronomy info you are using to decide when Jesus was actually born. March is just one of the better choices. September corresponds better to the stars. The poetic reference had something to do with the Avalon Lake priestresses from the late 1700's.❤️

The song titled “Ave Maria “ is worth and is your obligation as a listener. It was written by a catholic composer when that religeon was church and state. All the well known composers of those centuries were catholic write their music for and in the Catholic Church no matter their affiliation. Ave Maria was an Aria, an opera. The versions made from it are given liberties in the classical world to rewrite the piece and sing the piece to fit the voice of the desired singer no harm done. The song, a prayer honoring the Virgin Mary is not religious but rather criptural and spiritual as most chritian faiths honor Mary. Dimash nor Igor have a Mary. Think about the number of times Dimash might have been asked to sing this song, but he wouldn’t because he’s Islam. With Igor version it’s so spiritual and universal. This is a real miracle to vocalize it and neither compromise their faith. I have so much faith in Dimash and Igor for presenting faith and spirituality in this way. Research this.'i

I’m sorry dear, but part of this simply isn’t true. Dimash sang the Ave Maria in the heavenly interlude in Love is like a Dream. Prayers to Mary are part of Islam, so why wouldn’t he sing one?

This is NOT a Christmas song - it's a classic that's been interpreted by over 200 different singers - this was written by Igor Krutoy for Dimash as a prayer for all nations - Ave Marie-Chrisitan song, Igor- Russian Jew and Dimash- Muslim. There are no words- this is called a vocalise~

The creation of this song told by the man himself, Igor Krutoy. (Taken from his IG) Igor: One evening, about three months before the "New Wave", Dimash called me and asked if I could write "Ave Maria " for him, explaining that he wanted to sing something in that style... Coincidentally I had a free evening and I gladly sat down at the piano and, remembering the Italian formula of responsibility, worked with inspiration until I achieved the desired result. . . After taking a few days for the composition to "rest" in my ears, soul, and heart, I sent it to Dimash, who literally within half an hour answered that it was exactly what he wanted to hear. And of course, the reception and applause given to Dimash by the audience at the "New Wave" show what happiness it is to do what I love, to write for such a genius singer, to evoke deep emotion in the audience, and to be in demand... Just a short essay on " What is happiness?"

A song without lyrics ia called a "vocalise", and nobody does it better than Dimash. This brand new version of "Ave Maria" was composed by Igor Krutoy (the pianist here), especially for Dimash. Just a beautiful performance...as usual. btw: Nice reaction, sans your ending "howl".

This version of Ave Maria, was never intended to sound like the original version, this is Dimash and Igor's take/version. I can't take my eyes and ears from the screen when I hear this, it's so Angelic and perfect, it plays with your heart and soul. There are not many people who can do that to you with music and their voice.

Dimash is just great, isn't he? He manages to lift people to heaven with just one vowel. He leaves me speechless every time I hear this song. And I love it when the drums come in. It's so unique. Igor Krutoy (the gentleman at the piano) composed this version of the Ave Maria at Dimash's request. It's not the Ave Maria you may know. Did you know that there are more than 100 versions of the Ave Maria? Now there is one more. Usually, Ave Maria is a prayer to the Holy Virgin Mary. In this case, however, it is a prayer for all people, no matter what religion they belong to. Besides that Dimash is a Muslim and Igor Kurtoy, who often accompanies him on the piano, is Jewish. That is why this Ave Maria has no lyrics, since it is not only sung for Christians. He sang this song on the New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2021. This is an international contest for young performers founded by Igor Krutoy in 2002. Dimash sang here as a guest and was also a member of the jury. Igor Krutoy is a famous Russian-Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter. He came out of retirement specifically to work with Dimash when he first heard him. True masterpieces were created. Another incredible mind blowing song was dropped recently called "Joined Hands". A duet with Wei Wei, famous Chinese singer. Not only are the vocals incredible but the lyrics are an amazing double play on "moving visual arts" and love. This was composed for the closing ceremonies of The Golden Panda Awards 2023 (combo of Academy and Emmy's). Great reaction but the wolves should have drowned out more of that extra singing🙄😅🤣😂🥹🤣😉 🥰🇨🇦

According to Wikipedia historians believe Ave Maria emerged as a prayer around 1,400 years ago, then became a staple in churches, eventually put to music. There are thought to have been hundreds of versions of the music and words. A central theme of Ave Maria is the Archangel Gabriel appearing to the Virgin Mary to let her know she was going to give birth to the Son of God. I think Dimash absolutely nailed sounding like Gabriel -- and I'm not even religious!

Great reaction! 👍 No words or adjetives to describe such a beauty … sublime…. ethereal. Igor and Dimash gave us the most precious piece of art. 🔝🔝 👉 The Ave Maria is a catholic prayer. On the other side Schubert’s music composition (a lead) in 1825 was called Ellens dritter Gesang, based on a Walter Scott poem “The Lady of the Lake” and it was not Intended to be a religious piece originally. The Ave Maria as it is mostly known was an arrangement made a long time after.. This particular piece was composed by maestro Krutoy specially for Dimash voice, by his request, which is indescribable beautiful and moving ❤️🎤🌹🌹🌹👏👏👏👏👏👏

Ave Maria is often performed at weddings and is widely sung at Catholic masses and other Christian religious ceremonies. This version is a new version of Ave Maria composed by Igor Krutoy (the pianist in the video) at Dimash’s request. Beautiful performance by Dimash. He is next level in every way. 🙏🏻🇦🇺

Igor Krutoy, the pianist, composed this version of Ave Maria for Dimash, it's called vocalizing. He did the same thing with another song Igor composed for him, Know. Only "Know also has lyrics.

To answer your question, Ave Maria is Latin. It's the first part of a Catholic prayer that begins, "Hail Mary! Full of grace..." The Ave is 'Hail.' There are many different arrangements of the song. This one was written by Igor Krutoy, specifically for Dimash to sing. You often hear it a Christmas time, usually performed by opera singers. Luciano Pavoratti and Andrea Bocelli both have beautiful versions of this on various albums. So do a number of other talented singers.

Catholic churches use it for pretty much any service. As a nonCatholic, I hear it most on Christmas recordings. Dimash made it suitable for all listeners.
