Way back in his 2017 concert he sang this. It was "performed" by a blue alien Diva in the movie 5th Element but the opera soprano couldn't sing the hard parts so they computer generated her voice for it and it was said its impossible for humans to sing. Not only did Dimash sing it perfectly but he also went one note higher at the finish. Others have tried to sing this over the years and failed. Remember Dimash is a man singing this 🤣
I'll just say that this version that he is singing is not the original, it's tweaked so that it's possible for him to sing in his range. Still impressive, but def not the same song. They also didn't use a cpu generated voice but had the original singer sing individual notes and mix them so that they'd be humanly impossible to sing.
Hi Cait. Years ago there was a movie called "The Fifth Element" in which a woman did this song but it was electronically enhanced. This is Dimash with no enhancement; it's real and it's all his natural talent. The man is amazing! Thanks for all your work Cait.
What’s so cool about this is the composer that wrote this part in the movie The 5th Element, wrote it to where it would be impossible for a human to sing which is why it takes “The Diva”. Awesome.
The Diva Dance is from the movie the "Fifth Element" staring Bruce Willis In the movie a blue alien "Plavalanguna" sings this song. Actually sang by Inva Mula a soprano opera singer. Bruce Willis :-) and for the movie the song was first recorded, then cut into single notes, modified with a computer, and then pasted together again. this was done because the song was intended to not be singable by any human, but only by that blue alien diva. In the movie, "Lucia Lammermor" is sung before this song, and on "the singer" Dimash sang the Diva Dance together with "Confessa" (an original song by italian singer Adriano Celentano). And finally you should also listen to a third version where Dimash sang together with a singer from the chinese opera; search for "Drunken Concubine" for that version. Since Dimash always has slight variations when he performs a song multiple times (and especially that last version), it would be worth another (double) reaction ...
the best diva dance I've ever heard... others are not as perfect pitch as Dimash, even female!! Dimash's agility and melisma is out of scale .. unmatched
