Hi Aleks 👋🇨🇭🙋♂️ "Angelina" now 18 years old and "Dimash" now 30 years old two true! real! loving ♥️! emotional❤️🔥! passionate💥 angels! 😇 😇who always tell a story when they sing like angels 😇 😇! with heart ♥️ and soul ✨️✨️ The 2 best singers in the world 🌍 😊!! Love 💖 and peace ☮️✌️ and kindness 😀 from little beauty Switzerland 🇨🇭🇨🇭🇨🇭 👋🙋♂️! Spread Love 💖 ❤️❤️🔥 all Day ! Roger aka Röschu outside 😊!
Let's hope both our efforts help more people hear about Dimash and Angelina! I do hope that even the little bit that I've been doing has introduced at least one person to these singers.
Italy
Grazie Domiziana dall'Italia! I've only heard 8 songs so far and each one is exception in its own way. The only one that I wasn't entirely "sold" on is Smoke. Loved ALL of the others.
Dimash turned 30 May 24th and has been training classically/operatically and in contemporary and pop singing for 25 years. He attended the premier music school in Kazakhstan from age 5 and in the spring of 2023, he completed his Doctoral Studies. He immediately headed to the US to attend the L.A. campus of the NY school of Fine Arts, studying Film Directing. He is musically and academically brilliant and is technically the greatest singer in the world.
@pamscarr8696 Ce n'est pas tout à fait vrai, Dimash a décliné l'offre de l'école des beaux-arts de New York. Par contre il habite vraiment L.A. Merci du Qc, Canada
Thanks for reacting to our beloved Dimash.. Welcome to the Dimash universe. I^d love to see you reacting to all his beautiful songs. Greetings from Mexico
Thank you as well, just responded to your Ikanaide comment. Hope you'll have time and the will to listen to a few more Dimash with me. Regards to the USA and Japan in one go! ❤
I strongly believe that you're born with a talent of this magnitude. Yes, you have to work on it, but without that initial gift of talent, this would be impossible to achieve.
❤❤❤ Now that you have seen some songs from Dimash, you have to watch him sing the song but in different versión, then you’ll see he’s even better that you thought Red 2020 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YJElGH2hquw.htmlsi=z2jh5Qrgy1on1MyN Moscow black ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uxLhwfFFUQs.htmlsi=6LCNpNInz9XKF3vs Dimash, Mozart of XXI century, Genius of music, The Pearl of all singers, The Goat. 🙌
I still have so many other songs to hear, but I will write these up to potentially come back to or listen to without doing an actual reaction. Thank you! ❤
For those who like information about Dimas' songs: Sinful Passion - The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. Moreover, in the final part he added, with an oriental technique (from the Kazakhstan region). The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band name is A'Studio (Kazakh pop music group based in Russia, "Alma-Ata Studio", Almaty city). The dead singer (who Dimash was a fan of) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poetess Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, who is the long-haired keyboardist, who we see in the video that accompanies Dimash. Hugs from Brazil! Original Version: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CN9fHwhna_M.html
Many people have shared information on Dimash, but you're the first to tell me more about this song, I think. It is an interesting story, albeit a sad one. I thought the part in sung in a regional technique was great. Adding a local style of singing is what makes music versatile. The next one I plan to react by Dimash is Ikanaide. I know he's not Japanese, but I do want to hear something new and different from what's typically popular "on the radio".
@@AleksReacts This version you will react to "Ikanaide" (行かないで) ) is the original, from 1989, composed by Koji Tamaki (famous Japanese singer, born in 1958) with lyrics by Goro Matsui. The version "Autumn Strong" (Late Autumn), sung in Chinese, uses the same song, but has another lyrics (Yaqui Cheung, from 1993) and another theme: It talks about the Japanese actress Yoshiko Yamagushi, very dear to the Chinese, who was deported when they discovered her Japanese origin (his real name was Li Xiang Lan and we're talking about World War II, where Japan was China's enemy) and never returned to China. In the original version, the lyrics are more intimate, sentimental and more recognized worldwide. It means: "Please don't go!". It's a lot of information, but I did take the time to read through it. Thank you for sharing it with me! I've added "SOS d'un terrien en detresse" to the list of songs to react to and thanks to you, I am now subscribed to Dimash's channel. After two songs, I am pretty sure that he can't put his foot wrong when it comes to singing, so there's obviously an entire world of his music to check out.
That range sure is something and the comparison with Mariah Carey makes total sense. Even more formidable when we take into account that a man is singing here. :)
Grats on 1st reaction. Some nice reqs for further reactions: ELUVEITIE - The Call Of The Mountains Motörhead - God Was Never on Your Side ARCH ENEMY - The Eagle Flies Alone Iron Maiden - Shadows of the Valley Ghost - He Is Falkenbach - Eweroun Keep up the gr8 work and gl!
Welcome to reacting, and thank you for your hosting style, calm grace, and thoughtful commentary. You are so so a Dear even though you probably don't yet know how much you are, nor what I mean by that. As for suggestions, my picks would be: * Anything _by_ Dimash (there are several hundred videos by him out there, but you'll be hearing all about them soon enough!), or _about_ Dimash (especially any of the Dimash related videos from LiLaSi's channel). For now I suggest you start with his latest release from a few weeks ago, the official Music Video for When I've Got You. * Anything by or about Ren (especially two of his recent songs, Mackay (a short sublime keyboard piece dedicated to a friend of his who passed away when he was young), and Back on 74 / Message in a bottle (singing and guitar) or any of his collaborations (especially The Big Push). * Anything by or about Diana Ankudinova. But maybe start with her music competition covers. She began competing when very young, but I suggest you start with her performances in the You Are Super competition for children when she was 14: It's A Man's, Man's Man's World, The Joker Song, and Rechenka. Then perhaps Wicked Game in the next year of the same competition when she was 15, and finally Can't Help Falling In Love in the TV show ShowMaskGoOn when she was 18. Peace and love from UK 🕊💚 PS. I too was struck by the smoking, something I'd prefer wasn't part of the experience, but I immediately let it go, and have felt richly rewarded by that release, with your lovely reaction, your wisdom in replying to a complaint about smoking (so I get my preference anyway -- thankyou!), and the powerful sense you're already a keeper. I've liked and subscribed with full notifications. See you around!
Thank you so much for your wonderful comment to my first video ever. Based on the interest so far and @ArmanVetrolom's suggestion I already just finished a reaction to Dimash's Diva Dance and was certainly rewarded for it after only a couple of seconds. It seems a Dear is a Dimash fan, unless I missed something in my Google search. I am fast becoming one. Also, yes, no smoking in this new one or any others to come - respect has to be earned and should be mutual. 💜 The number of suggestions is unexpected, but I am writing them all down in a file and going in order of appearance with the aim to cover as many as possible. Yours will be noted shortly as well and I will do my best to review each one. Like with @GaryDouglas-lj5bz I seem to be getting the best the Internet has to offer. Polite, well-mannered, gentle and respectful people in my very new comment section. It is an honor to have you as a subscriber and I do hope to live up to your expectations. The bar is set high right from the start, but I think it is a good thing. Hence, thank you so much for such a wonderful and kind comment!
@@AleksReacts Yep, a Dear is a Dimash fan. (Though for me I also mean the spirit of kindness for all, something Dimash asks Dears to always remember, something I already feel you deeply get.) Don't worry about writing down my Ren and Diana suggestions. Others will mention them soon enough. If you get to them, great. If you don't, no problem. Just be you, enjoy yourself, and go in whatever direction you feel like going. 👍
This doesn't happen to me often, but I don't know what to say other than thank you, thank you, thank you! With so many suggestions, it might take a while, but I will give it my best to honor every wish. Especially since I expect that the music taste of the Dears is aligned with mine. Seems I started with just the right artist.
@@AleksReacts "With so many suggestions, it might take a while, but I will give it my best to honor every wish." Please be prepared for a tsunami of comments, suggestions, details to come (not from me, from others). Some reactors take commenters for granted, and that's not too cool, but you clearly have the opposite problem, being very serious about it all. My wish now is that you practice being silly; I look forward to you giving it your best to honor that wish! 🤣🤪 "Especially since I expect that the music taste of the Dears is aligned with mine. Seems I started with just the right artist." It'll be interesting to watch your reactions to his material because imo it is pretty shockingly all over the shop. I mean I _like_ all incomparable greats -- Mozart, Holst, Nina, Joplin, Beatles, Jimi, VU, Beefheart, Zep, Floyd, Prince, King's X, MJ, Nirvana, Eminem, Pink, Tool, Timberlake, LP, Ren, and so many thousands of others, but while I can't imagine Dimash reminding me of any of them, he reminds me of all of them, and while I can't imagine him singing a song that reminds me of any of their songs, he transforms himself so totally between songs I never know what to expect. He's been on the public stage since he was 2 years old, and is about to turn 30 years old (on May 26th iirc), but I found I believed him when he recently noted he'd so far only publicly revealed a small part of his personality and the artistic forays he's explored so far to reflect his inner world. In the last year he's suddenly dropped into jazz, funk, rock, soul, gospel -- it's bewildering in the best of ways!
Honestly, I'd be very happy if there is a tsunami of comments, suggestions and details. That hopefully means that my reactions are watched and liked. I also hope that at some point I will appear like those reactors who take commenters for granted because I won't be able to keep up. If/When that happens, I'm sure I'll have to stop being overzealous in my responses. Here's to me NOT keeping up - that would be a great sign that I'm doing something right. 😁 Thank you again for your comments, advice, suggestions and your understanding!
If you are interested in continuing this journey with Dimash, I have my list of his next best songs to keep you going. Both Smoke and Ikanaide reactions are already on my channel. A quick search for Dimash on the channel and you could have found them easily. Your other requests are added to the list.
Well, yes, but the video is from almost 2 months ago. Many requests for Dimash since... and many reactions made based on recommendations... Also, not sure why the angry tone. I simply pointed out that the songs you wanted are already there...
With this song, you just wet your fingertips in the ocean under the name Dimash... React further to it and millions of Dimash fans will simply blow up your channel with hundreds of thousands of views and subscriptions. Dimash sings from classical to rap, he is full of surprises, have a good swim in this vast Ocean of pleasures. Do you remember the Diva song from The Fifth Element, a movie with Bruce Willis? In this film, the song of the alien Diva was made half with the voice of an opera singer, and half synthesized on a computer to show an alien voice so that human capabilities could not cover the range and jumps of this song, and so: Dimash sang it calmly, which proves that Dimash is an alien. When heard Dimash sing, I thought that he was not human. When heard what he said in an interview, realized that Dimash is more of a human than all of Us.
Thank you for a lovely reaction. You cannot go wrong with Dimash, as he sings almost in every genre, so you can find your audience with his every song. Dimash is not only talented singer but a very kind and genuine person, doing a lot of charity work and being a UN good will ambassador.
Hi, I am always looking for new reactors to support and I came to your channel hoping to do that. Unfortunately, I will not be able to stay due to having to watch you smoke as you react to your videos. You are creating a ten minute video and you couldn't wait ten minutes to do your smoking? It is not a good look and doesn't serve you well, but I wish you best of luck in spite of that.
Hi @GaryDouglas-lj5bz, I have to say you are not the first to tell me that. Some of my friends said the same. I'll be honest, I've been smoking for 20+ years and I don't notice when I do. However, what hadn't crossed my mind is that sometimes kids can watch a video on RU-vid and even if I am a smoker I am not a fan of people starting to smoke (due to my actions or anyone else's). In fact, I very much support those who don't, who've managed to quit and those who are lucky enough to have never tried it. That being sad, I do not intend to smoke in any future videos. I could take this one down, but that would be lying, and I am not a fan of that either. :) I do hope that taking comments such as yours seriously will change your mind and that you will take a look at the next video I make. Hopefully, also with much more enjoyment than this one. Moreover, thank you so much for being respectful - that is not a common occurrence on the Internet, and I do appreciate it.
@@AleksReacts Thank you for that response and for offering to refrain from that difficult to overcome habit during your videos. Yes, I will continue to watch and support your youtube reactions "smoke free" in the future----especially when you are reacting to Dimash who I believe to be the most talented male singer of our time. If I may make a couple of other suggestions that will help your channel grow quickly, please consider reacting to 15-year old Emma Kok singing "Viola" with Andre Rieu's Orchestra-----and select the 7-plus minute official video which has Emma's incredible brief backstory at the beginning so that you get the full emotional impact and is the reason the video has nearly 50 million views even though it has been posted for only 8 months; and also 20-year old Lucy Thomas' "We Can Change the World" for the purest female singing voice since Karen Carpenter and a message that should be the anthem of our time----and one, by the way, that Dimash fully embraces.
Thank you again for your understanding. I'd be honored to have you as a subscriber. I will be sure to react to both videos you've suggested. That is precisely why I wanted to try and do this - to hear real talent and good music I have never heard before. I agree with you that Dimash is indeed special - I've never heard such a voice and I believe we're lucky to have the opportunity to hear it in our time. Given your general manner and reaction to Dimash, I expect that both the suggestions you've made will be of high quality and it will be a pleasure to hear them for the first time.
@@AleksReacts I just checked Emma's video again; it now has nearly 50 million views! I can hardly wait to see you react to that one. I loved your comment about wanting "to hear real talent and good music I have never heard before." It's exactly why I gravitated to Dimash seven years ago. He sings in every genre known to mankind----from opera to rap---and he does it all brilliantly. No two songs are the same. I believe he is the most musically complex and creative vocalist of our time. I only wish his videos had as many views in as short a time as Emma's has amassed!
Wow! First 7 years ago - I have been missing a lot! Something tells me Emma will be another revelation. I will try to speed that one up for you. Did not expect to have as many comments and suggestions to my very first video, so you and everyone else here in the comment section is making me happy - both with your reactions and your suggestions. Hope I live up to expectations. Thank you so much!
