(İndia countries were under the dominition of Turkic Babur Empire more than 300 years. Arabic countries were under the dominition of Ottoman Empire more than 400 years. They were learned -little bit- this kind of styles from Turks. ) Sufi music a small part of makams. Also Tuvan throat singing "khoomei" is different antic Turkic style. Mr. Kudaibergen used "khoomei" singing technique in "Sinfull passion". You can hear it from the all Turan group.
