Great reaction! Maestro Igor Krutoy originally wrote the song for Dimash to perform in 2019 at the opening of the 2nd European Games in Minsk. Interesting to note: Igor is a master composer, pianist, and music mogul (Forbes estimates his net worth at $13 Billion). He retired at age 60 in 2014, but came out of retirement in 2018 to compose songs and accompany Dimash on the piano. You will see him playing for Dimash in many performances.
