He wrote the music when he was 19yrs old, but contrary to what some people are implying, he didn't write the lyrics. They were written by the poet/lyricist father of one of his friends, Oral Baisengir, who also wrote the lyrics to "My Swan", which Dimash also sings. There is a Facebook page where he tells the story of Dimash coming over to his house with the music so that Baisengir could write lyrics for it. That note is higher than an 88 key piano.

Mr Kudaibergen isn't a singer. He is the equivalent of a circus act. What song he sings is unimportant to him because he only sings to make himself shine, not to make the song better. He makes me bored within minutes just like a juggler does, it is fun to see his vocal acrobatics but he does not add to a songs strength, he only detracts from it.
