I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but Dimash composed this song himself when he was much younger, and he specifically wanted to sing it in Chinese. This song could not be more relevant than it is now.
Every time I see this video, I look at the faces in the audience and wonder about their fate. With almost an entire generation of young men lost, the average age of a Ukrainian soldier is now 43-years-old. With 6 1/2 Million people who fled the country and became refugees, I look at each face and ask, "Are you still there today?" This war is a meat grinder, and whatever the outcome, everyone lost in the moment it began.
This is a composition by Dimash. I think (not 100% sure) this was for his Master’s Degree thesis. He worked with someone to write the lyrics in Chinese. As you’ve seen his musical art has a purpose and meaning. Thanks for another reaction.

Some of the music sounds like machine fire. I think the song is very straight forward and simple. Say no to war. Refuse to go. Don't support. Vote them out if you can. Ironic, this is in Kiev.
