You have to be crazy to think that it's better then the original or any cover. He's not versatile, he has crazy octaves, his range is impressive but if singing was all about octaves, you could have someone singing a pasta recipe to you in just one note and you'd be amazed

No it ain't better. That is your preference, big range don't mean better, highest note doesn't mean better. You hear him because of his range and how many octaves he has, if that's move you fine, we don't need the highest belt to recognize how amazing a singer is, that's why he's not better. You can decide if he's reaching the highest note, you can compare the belting and stability but the rest is just you blinded by his octaves and worshipping him for it while others don't.
