He is born in May 24 1994. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 14 (Kazakh, Turkish, Usceck, Russian, Ukranian, Serbien, Bulgarian Chinese , Italien, Spamish, French, English, German, Japanese ) languages and speaks 3 so far (Kazakh, Russian and English). Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night. Dimash began studying music at age 5. He is now 28 and he is from Kazakhstan. You are also in luck because he sings in many different genres (sometimes mixing them) and he also has songs in over 13 languages including English! You will probably be able to find a few that you would like to listen to on Spotify. Try "Stranger" New Wave version and if you enjoy pop more, try "Be With Me" which has a funny music video. This song is Dimash’s calling card. That is the song of the songs for Dimash and us, his Dears. This song is one of the most difficult songs to sing and made Dimash a mega-star overnight in 2017. The song comes from the famous Canadian-French rock opera 'Starmania' (1978) and is known in the English-speaking world as Tycoon (1995). Nobody knew or heard Dimash before and he had to start first ... and after his first song "SOS" Dimash captured the hearts of over 600 million viewers and a mega-star was born overnight. The next day bodyguards were at his door and now he is a megastar but without airs... just our Dimash. The competition consisted of 14 rounds over 4 months. The jury consisted of 500 spectators who knew music, not just your average "Joe". They were well screened to be sure they would be able to judge the musicians fairly and competently. With up to 1 billion people watching this TV program and international interest was aroused. The performances were uploaded to RU-vid ... and so we became Dimash's Dears. The Chinese organizers planned... but Dimash came, sang and stayed ... for the next 3 years in China ... but he only finished second in the competition because he is not Chinese (conditions have changed: 2018, Jessie J. Top it off with the fact he is most possibly the most humble , gracious and appreciative artist I have ever seen. He is really a gem of a man. In 2018, he did a song called Sinful Passion. It will be in Russian but has subs. He also sings in English as well as about 14 other languages while being fluent in his native Kazakh and Russian with English quickly becoming his third with a little Mandarin thrown in for good measure. His latest MV entitled The Story Of One Sky should win awards all over the world. He took three years to compose the music. It is a 12 minute video with an extremely important message. He is singing while acting in the main role. I will tell you with Dimash, you will soon forget to care that you can not understand the words because the voice is so beautiful. I only speak English and some Spanish. Never in my life have I listened to someone sing in so many languages and each one is just mesmerizing. Sometimes he sings zero lyrics, just uses his voice and it is captivating such as Know from Kiev. He pulls you in so quick and you are just captive.

Anyone who is best at what they do will get my respect because of the hours of hard work spent perfecting their skill. Dimash started at age 5. He is 28 now and is working on his Phd in musicology. He has put in the time and hard work, and he is considered by many to be the best vocalist (technically) in the world today. He sings in 12 to 15 languages, and plays multiple instruments. He has so many masterpieces it's hard to name them all, but any student of music would do will to study his version of "Ikanaide" from the Tokyo Jazz Festival. It is perfection. I'm sure everyone else has said this, but Dimash is singing in French here - just one of the many languages he sings in. My favorite song that he sings is "Samaltau", which I highly recommend. He sings it in his native tongue - Kazakh. Is Kazakhstan part of Asia? That area is so ambiguous... anyway, he's fluent in Russian too of course. Dimash is hands-down the best singer on the planet at the moment. This kind of talent comes once in a millennia I would venture to say.

This one was sung in French. But, Dimash has now sung in 14 different languages. He is from Kazakhstan and is 28 years old. His native languages are Kazakh and Russian but is passable in English and has taken some Chinese since he rose to fame in China in 2017. Probably the best voice I’ve ever heard.
