Video recommendation: I think a fun series could be, based on like every food challenge show ever, dan can buy a bunch of ingredients and up them in a basket, and then you have to cook a dish with them :) I’d say a 10 min pinterest search before cooking would be allowed. Just love your cooking videos!!

Hey Nikki! A few videos back you mentioned the documentary Grounded. I ate it up! I make it a priority to go out and sit in the grass everyday (with my doggo). I was wondering if there are any other documentaries you recommend? Not necessarily about being grounded. Food, lifestyle, any docs. that have really stuck with you or made an impact in your life. And any other folks reading this, please share any docs. you highly recommend. Thank you for always inspiring me Nikki! When I start to slip on my goals (eating better, exercise, bible, sleep) I can always count on a video to push me back on track!

Love this video! And omg I never thought I would be a truck person either but my husband wanted a Ford Raptor and now I swear I never want anything else! 4 days after I had my baby I got rear ended on the freeway (she was not in the car, thank goodness). The small car that hit me was going 70 and got completely totaled (the people were also unharmed thank goodness) but my truck had nothing but a very small dent in it and I am sooo grateful to be driving it every time I have my baby with me.

I’m glad it’s cooling down out there! I live in Orange County, work in LA, and the other day, it was 109 degrees in the valley! My 9 month old is still hanging out in diapers only... no hoodies will be worn for a while!

I totally get why your being cautious with lightening your hair...however I do think it would be a good idea to just do a bleach wash to knock some of that really dark black brown out of your hair...that would get you to just an all over slightly lighter brown base, then when you start slowly highlighting it as you are now, you’ll start to get much more of the look you want, if you keep going like this you will just have lots of red/brown and dark pieces all mixed in which makes it harder to get an even lightening effect. But that’s just me haha.

My hair is so similar to yours. I am going back to the lighter side too 😬 not sure if your hairdresser uses it, but adding olaplex #3 directly to the bleach/color literally makes it so there is no damage at all!
