The drummer on this record was Nicholas Barker (ex-Cradle Of Filth ) and he sounds always super tight and is very creative . Songs like "Kings of the carnival creation" and ""Blessings upon the throne of tyranny" are one of the bigger hits with him and really are showing his talent .
David did a reaction too queen of winter throned a while back he hated the song but liked the drumming same guy here..for me this is one of the weaker tracks of this album..the kick drums are sampled of Pantera far beyond driven
Damn. Two strikes and you’re out? That’s less than any baseball game. This song sounds like vintage Dimmu to me. Not that I’m a diehard fan, or some expert on their songwriting. But it reminds me very much of all their material I’ve listened to thus far. It’s all very ornate. Besides being such powerful and dramatic black metal. That’s the word that might sum their music up the best for me- *ORNATE*. Dark, majestic and ornate.
люблю Dimmu Borgir. и мне все равно ,как кто-то оценит то шо они делают.И это не значит шо мне безразлична критика Давида,в анализе который он делает как всегда много интересного и познавательного!спасиба Давид!
