Servings: 4-5
Ingredients:
10 pcs string beans (sitaw)
8 pcs lady's fingers (okra)
1 pc medium bitter gourd (ampalaya)
2 pcs eggplant (talong)
1 bundle squash blossoms (bulaklak ng kalabasa)
1 bundle jute leaves (saluyot)
4 tbsp fermented fish (bagoong isda)
2 slices pre-cooked milkfish (bangus) - fried or grilled
1/3 cup dried shrimp (hibi)
1 ltr water
