ඒ වුනාට ඔතන ප්රශ්නෙ තියෙන්නෙ ඕවට එකතුකරන preservativesවල .. මං අහලා තියෙන විදියට sausages, bacon, ham ඇතුළු processed meatවලට මිනිස් ශරීරයට අහිතකර nitrate සහ nitrite එකතු කරයි, ඒවා ආහාර කල්තබා ගන්න දමන රසායනික සංඝටක. තවත් MSG (රසකාරක) ත් අඩංගුයි. විශේෂයෙන් මේ nitrate සහ nitrite වල පිළිකාකාරක අඩංගුයි. නිතර දෙවේලෙ කන්න එපා. කන්නම ඕන නම් ඉඳලා හිටලා කන්න. අත්දැකීමෙන්මයි කියන්නෙ, I’m a cancer survivor, I had been consumed sausages for every day for breakfast constantly for five years.., finally, I was diagnosed with a kidney tumour, I’m lucky that I survived I had to undergo a surgery to remove the tumour. (cancerous) my right kidney has 40% been removed. Surgery was done 11 years ago. My best advice is always to try to eat fresh foods, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and fresh seafood & meat. Avoid processed food as much as you can. Also take less red meat, less deep-fried food, and say no to soda( carbonated drinks) Drink fresh juice or drink plenty of water. Eventually what you eat is what you are!
