E14: DINGALAN: The place called BATANES OF THE EAST
Is it really the Batanes of the east? We'd rather not compare places but what those 2 places have in common are it's grandeur and beauty. Also, having been a sudden success of a tourist spot, we weren't expecting a very very organized tourism program for the place.
Hat's off and 2 thumbs up to Dingalan LGU for having managed this very well. I believe it is one of, if not, the most organized booming tourist destination we've been too.
It's just so lucky that we live there! :)

Itinerary
We don't really know how to go here by commute as we've only been going here by car.
If by car, just take NLEX, then SCTEX and exit at Tarlac.
Turn right then straight up until the end of the road; about an hour.
At the end, turn right then go straight for an hour or 2, then you'd reach DINGALAN!
