Dining At Disney’s BEST Rated Restaurant Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ In Disney Springs

We have tried to get reservations for Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ Restaurant In Disney Springs at Walt Disney World and have not been successful until today.
Was it worth waiting so long to eat at this Disney Springs sought after southern style restaurant? How was our dinner? We will let you know in this video.
I am Mia a retired photographer and celebrity make up and hairstylist, but so am not retired from being a mom to my autistic adult son Ricky. I cannot retire which is fine with me. Ricky is a blessing he love his Disney Vlogger job, he takes his job seriously, so if you like the video give him a thumbs up it will put a smile on his face.
Ricky’s dad my husband Rick joins us on occasion and we love when he does but not as often as we would like, so it is a treat for us when he does come along.

It truly is a great place to eat. The food has simple clean ingredients with fresh vegetables source from local farmers which is nice.

Disney Springs is a fine place to have to wait. Looks like a nice place to have dinner. Sweet that they gave you the Mom donut.

Chef Art’s is a great place to eat we highly recommend it. The donut was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

It's great that you got reservations with only a 40-15 minute wait! Enjoyed the window shopping and walk around. Always free! 🤣🤣 The food looked and sounded delicious! Hope you had a great Mothers Day Mia. Loved celebrating it with you and we love donuts too! 👍👍👍 Never ate there when we visited, but would love to next time.

Hi Dave, Kathy and Mom 👋 Hope your mom and Kathy both had the most beautiful Mother’s Day. I think all 3 of you would enjoy Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. No need for an appetizer because it’s plenty of food. If you decide to get the country fried steak than that is good for 2 people. Ricky recommends the fried chicken and donuts. He said you can get it with mashed potatoes but he says that the fries are 👍🏼👍🏼. Have a wonderful safe week and hope to see you all on the road again.

Mia, you look beautiful in this video!! 😍 Chef Art Smith’s never disappoints. My kids, Kenny & I loved it too this last February. I think we had the same server (the one dancing in the background) !!! 😂 👍🏼 Great choices lovely friends! I love the chicken fried steak pilliard. Did you video CASH haha how funny it spells cash 😁. The waitress was very nice and full of energy. We enjoyed talking to her. It’s so good no wonder it always busy. I have to say I make my asparagus better. I like it softer more roasted but it was still good. The portions are a nice size, no need for extras. The price for food was not bad. Yes we will return. I hope your kids come back soon or maybe you can meet them at Disneyland. That would be fun!

It was our first time there. We could never get reservations so we decided to just go and try to get on a waitlist which worked out perfectly. I love lemon on my chicken. Perfect!

Oh Mia, you're making me hungry. This is my favorite place to eat at Disney springs. I think it's one of my favorite places to eat at Disney, period. I am so glad that Ricky liked his chicken. That's what Adrian likes as well. I love their mac and cheese. Thank you so much for sharing!❤❤

Next time we need to try the Mac and Cheese. The portions are big and it left us with no room to try anything else. Everything is prepared very well.

Heidi I think you will enjoy Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ . Try it next time you are in Disney Springs. Tip don’t add extras because the portion size is more than enough. I had to give some of my chicken and potatoes to Ricky.

You and the royal family will enjoy the food here. Next time you are here try Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ the price is not bad for what you get. Just get the meal you will not need an appetizer the meal itself is very filling.
