I worked at Friendly's in Fayetteville, New York from June 1984 to August 1991. It was a great job and I loved working there. Made a lot of friends working there and we had some loyal customers.
@@GooToYouVideo 2 of my 3 sisters and I worked at Friendly's, but at different times. Our Middle School students would swamp there after Roller Skating parties and dances. They were so chaotic when they showed up. It was mostly Fribbles and French fries.
I used to go to Friendly's in my local mall in Ohio when I was a kid. I think I used to get a sundae with a face and a cone on top like a hat. I will have to check it out when I'm in the area. The prices seem very reasonable . Thanks!
So excited, when I was a kid (and I’m really old) I would get a sundae with watermelon sherbert, butter scotch topping and chocolate sprinkles. Everyone knew me cause I got that. It was good and I was told the ppl working there started ordering it themselves.
Another great review guys!! This Friendly's looks nice and clean since it's new. Will give it a try since it's only 5 miles from my home. Haven't been to a Friendly's in over 20 years.
In the 70s, as a kid, we would get to go as a treat (we rarely EVER had fast food or any junk sadly lol). I always would have the same thing: a hotdog on a grilled hotdog bun and a Fribble. They were known mainly for Fribbles then. The next time I got to go there was 1993 in Central NJ! After that, once in 2010 I got to go to a tiny Friendly's in Storrs, CT (right near UCONN). They only have a few of them left. 😞
Thank you two for doing the review on Friendly's. We lost ours in VA too quite a few years ago. I'm so happy to see them open one there, hopefully they will eet the business. I'm sure you guys will help with this review to let people know its there.
I wish Portland & the Pacific Northwest up here had more of these amazing restaurants! I do feel the Pacific northwest is missing out on a lot of great places! Hopefully something does come along soon nearby!
Thanks for the video! I have never been to a Friendly’s and will definitely check this one out by Disney! Mama Goo’s burger and fries and Stev’s sundae looked exactly like what I would order. Thanks so much for sharing ❤❤
First, there was Dunkin Donuts there, Then A Carvel then Panera, now Friendly’s. and GNC was Carvel until they moved to the area Panera took. and then GNC moved. Pretty crazy. Right?
