My friend Dinks has a long history in NW Tasmania. He worked with his father and his bullock team but preferred working with draught horses. He's been a farmer but is now retired and in his 80's. In the past 3 years or so, he started up a couple young teams of bullocks. This video shows some of his work with them as well as splitting shingles and ploughing with a pair of bullocks at Barellan this year. Dinks won the ploughing competition with bullocks then went on to beat the winning plough team of horses.
