Dinner At Capa at Four Seasons Orlando Resort | A Michelin Star Fine Dining Experience

While staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort we went over to the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World to have dinner at Capa, a Michelin Star Spanish-influenced steakhouse that is located on the 17th floor rooftop of the resort. Capa is known for their small plates and diverse menu so we decided to try several dishes. Our server was incredible and paired wines with our choices and we finished our evening with the most beautiful sunset view on the rooftop. Thank you so much for joining us for this special dinner at Capa! 😊I forgot to mention in the video, but Matt is a certified Sommelier so he talks a little more in depth about the wines we tried in this video because Spanish wines are some of his favorites. And I was mainly there for the potatoes 😆🤤 we had such an amazing time and can’t wait to visit again someday!

You might want to arrive right before sunset so that you could see Golden Oak and Four Seasons. The best is to make sure Magic Kingdom fireworks time is during your meal. You can see that right outside of the restaurant. We went there on 7/4 and there were fireworks everywhere and we can see them all near and far.

Been watching RU-vid for years. This is the only video where someone was being considerate recording people hopefully you guys become rich next year have a nice life that’s all I had to say 💯 nice vid tho I was looking to see stuff about steaks but you guys showed something different I might have to try

Holy cow! Everything from the drinks to the food and ambience was perfect. Gambas is also one of my favorites. I remember trying it at Jaleo. Also love spanish wines. So good. Nice night out guys! 🎉 cheers! 🍻

Oh wow what a gorgeous gorgeous dinner and that sunset! I’ll definitely ask for Kevin when I go, he sounds like such an attentive and knowledgeable server. This is my kind of restaurant - gorgeous food across the board that changes based on what’s best qnd what the chef wants to cook that’s beautifully prepared. I’m a huge foodie too and I love everything from meat to vegan I just lovelovelove trying new exciting dishes and even more so with delicious wine pairings. Everything looked and sounded wonderful but the corn and polenta dish sounds utterly divine I love polenta and corn but it’s almost never prepared in a way that elevates it from plain nursery dish (nothing wrong with that but it can be both complex and comforting at the same time) and I made a note that I have to seek out that Priorat wine, the almond-based sherry sounds out of this world too. My darling and I watched a documentary about farmers markets in the South of France just yesterday and both said we would totally travel from market to market restaurant to restaurant we just love food so much. Would you believe I look at pictures of Golden Oak properties on sale at least once a week, I know exactly what I’d do if I ever won the lottery! And my house would have its own lazy river haha! So happy you got to enjoy that, thank you for sharing ❤❤❤❤

Emma you would loveee it!! You absolutely have to go next time you visit. And ahh how wonderful would it be to travel to the farmers markets in the south of France! That would be some of the best food in the world. We've always wanted to visit there, as well as Italy! We would do nothing but eat and go to vineyards haha and it would be amazing! We'd never leave. Also, I'm going to look up Golden Oak properties right now...I'm stealing your plan and hopefully one of us will win the lottery and get a home there 😄🤞 haha!
