Please ask her to use spoon to take the seeds out, much easier that knife. We get Chinese melon, they do not need so much preparation. But good idea to peel the skin off. Love the recipe, must try in summer when melon comes to store. 🇨🇦

I didn't understand why have U put so much oil along with peanut dust? Both are fat and can cause heart disease if taken on daily basis. Secondly, why have U put the gravy inside the bitter gourd when U have to add water? I guess all the spices inside the karela naturally come out and mix with the gravy itself...I can't understand the reason. By the way, it's an amazing video.
