Tarhana Soup Ingredients:
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 cap of pepper
1 green pepper

Ingredients for İmam Bayıldı Appetizer:
1 large eggplant
1 chopped onion
half capia pepper
1 green pepper
3 grated tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon tomato paste
Half teaspoon of salt
Colorful Ball Ball Appetizer Ingredients:
2-3 spoons of strained yoghurt
2 gherkins of pickles
Boiled potato
Dill
Salt
For the above:
1 large grated beetroot
3 large grated carrots
Couscous Pilaf Ingredients:
2 cups couscous
4 glasses of water
1 teaspoon salt
Ingredients for Lamb Chops in Casserole:
12 lamb chops
2 onions
2 tomatoes
5-6 green peppers
2 red capia peppers
4-5 garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 glass of hot water
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
Oregano

Mussel Baklava Ingredients:
For the Sherbet:
1 glass of water
1 glass of sugar
Zest and juice of 1 small orange
juice of 1 lemon
cinnamon stick
The sherbet is flavored, those who do not like flavored sherbet can also make it plain.
For the Dough:
5 cups flour
A little less than half a tea glass of oil
1 egg
1 cup of yoghurt
1 packet of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 glass of warm milk
It can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days. I used half of it for another recipe.
