On the 2nd combo, if you change it just slightly, it ends of the same board but instead of laggia, you can make denglong and search for the nine-pillars counter trap, this way you don’t lose to dark ruler and droplet
Hey Cali! Do you know if there's any way to fit in the Gallant Granite > Nemeses Keystone > Naturia Beast combo? I know the profile is already over 40, but i really want to experiment with it vs Branded and such.
Good video. I like the deck, but I think more testing is needed. Been coming up with other combos for this deck, and have found myself doing more rank 6 plays or summoning Baronne de Fleur to stop Primal being plays. The new Rank 6 Evolzar coming out will help this deck. Ultimaya Tzolkin is a great option for this deck. The biggest challenge for this deck is dealing with Droll and Lock Bird and Dimensional Shifter. Dealing with Kashtira was already challenging enough.
u can play around droll by sending from ovi instead of adding, then the only thing u need is to search with animadorned. that obviously is not optimal since u dk if they have droll, and now u not being protected plus u need to open hard hard the pieces, not from dig/prosp/small world, u cant have access to the scrap engine etc, but its a way to play around droll if it never occured to u
@@joaocordeiro8123 At this point it's hard to play around Droll because in a way you are not optimizing the combos if you do try to play around it. Feels like a tearelements situation with Dimensional shifter where they end up going to Number 41 and passing the turn.
What printing of frostosaurus is that?? Also i went 0-8 with this deck today. Got ashed on misc effect,drolled at crucial points, bricked with several iffy hands and post side dark rulered bigger than shît. No very, very unhappy i didnt really get to play it today
So youve gotta have ovi, baby and ground xeno. Essentially if you do ground xeno to add level 4 normal, regular combo + scrap combo, but instead of giant rex at end you summon the xeno meteorus. Summon cross sheep, activate effect of xeno meteorus to pop a scraptor to summon frosty, xyz summon to drill, activate to summon misc from banished, synchro into borrel with misc and scraptor, fusion summon, activate effect of gigantazowler to put misc back into hand. Your end board isnt as strong, as you end on cross sheep, gigantazowler, uct, baby and drill. But you do get misc into your hand
@@mattcourtowl so you’ve got uct, gigantozowler, xyz drill and Borreload with misc in hand for your Dinos to be unaffected right? If so, you’ve got uct eff, a pop from giganto via uct eff, Borreload omni neg and misc for all of them besides Borreload to be unaffected? Sounds pretty sweet to me or am I missing something?
Also if you don’t want to play as link heavy(for some reason) you can keep either petite or babycera with xeno and a level 4 to go int mathmech final sigma
For budget players, i recommend replacing baronne with underworld goddess. Shes a nice pick in rouge match ups when they summon a tower thats hard to out when you dont have a kaiju or anything.
I've playing Shaddol Branded and it might be one of the best versions if not the best play it because if you use Keeper of Dragon Magic to somewhat guarantee a high ceiling you can go as for as to search Nephe Shaddoll Fusion and so it easier to make Shekhinaga, Grysta, and more importantly Anoyatyllis. Anoyatillis has the effect that makes it so your opponent cant use spells/traps to special summon from the hand or grave and the reasons why it matters is its not only a way to stop cards like Kashtira Birth but it hurts the ceiling of Pendulum decks by a lot. Just think of Superheavy Samurai it weakens Wakaushi and I'm not a hundred percent sure if it stops your opponent from Pendulum summoning or not but if it does it can stop Superheavy Samurai from comboing any further after going through all of their effects. There are some drawbacks to it when using it to stop Birth. If your opponent can has a monster they can special summon from the banished zone Birth and Preparations are still active but Anoyatillis is a great way to lower your opponents ceiling while establishing your victory by pushing them with a extremely ceiling. Anoyatillis is a ok 1 of but I wouldn't use more especially since the space is tight.

I like the deck and I'm definitely planning on playing dinos soon but its gonna have to be on a good day were I feel like frying my brain cells trying to learn how to play the deck so I can play it without making any mistakes
Also why no IP? IP with unicorn that’s a drawn card and a negate right there! And you won’t use the Dino synchro? I think it’s good for combos and MAYBE it negates something? I can’t remember

everyone plays level 8 synchro for the scrap engine but you can't since scrap chimera locks you in to sycnhro summoning scrap monsters using chimera and other scrap monsters
thoughts on gamma+driver in this build? with 3 small world and ground xeno grave effect drawing the driver is really not so bad. i might go for 1 normal dino and keep gamma+driver just to try and fend off the onslaught of droll+shifter. driver banish uct from deck searches for anything
@@xepiicjarrod i disagree. driver isnt a brick if you open small world or xeno. and the deck has literally 0 firepower against droll except opening xeno with baby already in hand
@@mikeholland6750 I know what your say and depending on the hand you could have a hard time against droll but surely your more likely to draw 1 of the 3 xeno and a one of the 6 babeis then 1 gamma. Plus wouldn't you be better off playing crossout as your going to be running droll yourself
@@xepiicjarrod maybe both? also crossout wont hit shifter unless u run a shifter too as a crossout target. idk i lose more games to droll/shifter than anything else and like i said driver isnt the end of the world for the deck now. the list cali posted has literally no answer to shifter other than hoping they shiftered before you ovi (dump rex) or you opened rex. you can use 3 cards to go into something IF you open xeno into the shifter. idk its rough out here

during the combo at 15:15-25, why would you destroy the scrap wyvern when u could destroy the fusion and then ss itself back by shuffling the Normal? no board presence would be lost...
The normal needs to be in the gy on the opponent's turn. Ultimate Conductor Tyranno can pop the Fusion for cost, flip all the opponent's cards facedown, and then the Fusion revives itself to pop something.
Cali I do like the new stuff, but man I think your missing a huuuuuge opportunity to run lythsygem, especially because your running both babies at 3. Litho make kashtiera cry if you go first cause you can rip their 1 Arise heart and the extra body is nice.

This is cracked in master duel as they have 3 copies of misc so you could use the fusion dino to get back a baby then pop it get soul eating and add misc to protect your dinos lol, so every card is protected apart from chengying which is protected from destruction lol.Can't wait for this deck in md.
Transcendrake Meteoros isn't really the best, so you can just opt to not play it. I do, as to substitute for Lithosagym (of sorts), but you can of course not.
My argument for Litho in main is that you have a 50% chance to FTK Kashtira, Branded, Gold Pride/Punk, and Purrely contingent on you winning the coinflip. Yeah it's bad going second, but if you go first you just FTK half the big decks in the format. Incidentally the decks you don't pseudo-FTK are also ones that you can bully with UCT more easily. Seems like the potential reward far outweighs the risk to me. There's a bigger conversation to be had here about how atrocious targeted Extra Deck destruction is as a mechanic for the game's health, but until Konami is willing to hold the L and admit they fucked up, no reason not to use it when it will net you a lot of win conversions you otherwise might not be able to get depending on opponent's deck.
I don't know why people keep snobbing Lithosagym when is one of most effective ways to play around droll. Droll normally hurts you but if you make a correct build then you can play often around it. Imho it's better to have more extender than like Lithosagym than playing the scrap core that implies to play 3 cards that do nothing by themselves. It's a thought that I wanted to share to everybody who wants to play the deck since I play it for much time.
Yeah I have litho at 2, it’s honestly a big part of what helps me win games. Especially with #89 banned, people are running 1 copy of extra deck cards now
Scrap is a Garnet brick fiesta if you only run as few of them as possible. I get much more consistent results either committing totally to Scrap Dinos or dropping them from Dinos altogether. The days of Scrap True King are over, and the two Meteoruses replace the duo of Diagram and Lithosagym in the minds of a lot of people...until Horned Saurus comes to make Diagram available on command!
