Dino Riders was great. Very short lived. I liked that the good guys only worked with the plant eaters. I still have an old VHS tape kicking around my parents' house with like one episode on it. Fave 80s stuff for me was TMNT, Thundercats, He-Man, Transformers, and Bravestarr. Wonder if anyone remembers Bravestarr.
Mia did really well on the animation cause it really looked like it would have been in one of the commercials in the 80s and you guys did really well with the commercial part cause it had so much 80s energy. Keep it up you guys!
Somebody REALLY screwed up with Dino Riders. It's so ridiculous, but I can't think of a more perfect pitch for a boys thing. DINOSAURS 👍 HUMANS VS EVIL SPACE ALIENS 👍 TIME TRAVEL 👍 SPACE SHIPS 👍 PREHISTORIC EARTH 👍 BIG FRIGGIN LASERS STRAPPED TO DINOSAURS 👍 I mean... c'mon! How the hell did they mess that up? It sounds like a fake pitch in a South Park episode but it's brilliant! Somebody needs to try again. In 2018 it sounded like a movie was in development but then never happened...?
I'll have to watch that again... Rex from Toy Story is the T-Rex seen in this video. In the first movie he makes some reference to Tyco being... bought by Mattel? Or whatever the deal was. But, yeah, Rex is a Dino Rider for sure.
I was born in the 90’s, but growing up I had a ton of Transformers toys so I’ll say that! Great animation and commercial in the beginning Bruno and Mia, that was super fun!
I lost it in the beginning when Bruno shows up with the blonde wig XD I unfortunately missed the 80s by a couple of years, but my main toy love is Transformers which started back then, so I guess that counts?

I saw the commercial part on on Facebook before here on RU-vid. I thought at first it was actually from the 80's. Was so good didn't notice Bruno and Mia. As for 80's toys M.A.S.K, Voltron, Sectaurs, and Visonaries were some of my favorites.

That was fantastic,looked like a real 80's tv advert,didn't realise the animation was mia's!,I even liked the "in space zane look a like"in the background,we never got dinoriders here but gotta check it out now,again I had to seek the vid out ,never got my notification again,I think maybe you need a hot tub,a crate of chernobly,you could go back and patent you tube,you always had a camera anyway,it could be called Bru-tube,or Bru-ggle! I think I had the one dinosaur with the rock looking trap when I was a kid. My brother and I had so many toys growing up where we had the affordable items lol. It’s funny that nostalgia is coming back and really hard too. Maybe with today’s technology someone can bring back that show . Great video as always.
In 1993 they could have made an incredible Dino-Riders movie. Today, they can do anything. It's crazy. I don't know what's stopping someone from making this a thing now. Someone was talking about a movie a few years ago, but it sounds like it never went anywhere. I believe Dino-Riders is currently owned by Mattel. Seems like they're sittin' on gold...
Another awesome vlog. I never knew of Dino Riders, but I sure wish I would have as a kid. I would've loved them for sure. These toys are quite amazing. Even as an adult who has found out about them within the last couple years, the quality of them makes me want to start a collection now. They really are great. That intro was top notch. Everything about that was awesome. Great work, and funny! Loved the vintage look, and funny acting, and that animations were awesome! I hope to see more of that with other toy lines you are collecting! I was born in 1987, so I think I missed out on a lot of 80s toylines, but, TMNT started in the 80s and I for sure had those! I also had alot of GI Joes, which also had toys in the 80s. I had some of the Batman toys that started in the 80s too. Loved me some Batman. I also had a few other super hero action figures like SuperMan and SpiderMan. I had a few He-Man toys and the slime pit play set which i liked a lot, Stretch Arm Strong, a couple Transformers, although I think I had the 90s re-releases, they weren't actually the 80s toys. I had a 12in sized RoboCop figure that lasted years! It was one of the last toys my parents pushed me to get rid of. I also had some of the Monsters in my pockets and Battle Beasts type of toys. Oh! I loved Monsters in my Pocket in middle school! I used to get those boxes at TRU that had like 20 of 'em? If I remember? They were red, yellow, green, and purple. And then somehow I got neon colors, which were my favorite. Did they come from some cereal box? Where'd I get them? Like pink, orange, blue... oh I can't totally remember now. And Mia loved Battle Beasts. Those are the ones where you rub the chest to reveal a thing? Dino Riders was a pretty awesome toy line. Wish they'd try to revive that. I was excited about them doing a movie which seems to have been put on hold, and now it's been a few years since I've heard anything. I think Mattel currently owns Dino Riders.
Just to clarify for the people who didn't understand what Bruno said about PR. He has an (idea) of what's about to happen to the franchise, but he can't say and prefer to wait it out because things always change at the last minute. I'm pretty sure MMPR Toys history has shown they are probably a couple of steps ahead of most of the fandom on upcoming knowledge and even expressed in the pass he not really into being the first to say they broke news to the public. That's how people (insiders) trust people with sensitive information because he's not trying to gain by putting the cart ahead of the horse.
I always appreciate reasonable comments. 😊 In this case I don't have any of my own news with what Hasbro's got planned three years or so from now, but I will say any big changes wouldn't surprise me. I see the excitement for Power Rangers dying down and a lot of older fans just complaining about everything, or just wanting more and more Tommy & Jason. 30 years of a show and all (most) people want is more Mighty Morphin. So, probably wouldn't be a bad idea to try to appeal to some new people who will like other things too. But, personally, I hope they keep some live action something. I think Mia and I have both kinda had it with news and have been stepping back a little. While we were at Toy Fair getting coverage for the channel, my phone was going crazy with people asking me if I saw the very things I was there covering. We got so much backlash and resentment for much of the news we broke a few years ago (and all the theft we had to deal with too). It's really been nothing but a headache. How anybody could watch us film inside all of these different companies and conclude we "don't know $h*t" ... like, why bother. News videos never did us any favors, I was just in a position to share news that other people didn't have access to while at the same time giving fans a voice as I had access to the various companies. Seemed like it would have been appreciated. Saying it did us no favors is really an understatement. So, I guess the illuminerdi can deal with that wrath now (and they are). But, they have had a number of stories that turned out to be true. I'm personally not dismissing the story, I'm gonna just wait and see.
😄 Totally agree, and kudos to you and Mia people need to put more respect on your names. Even if you don't have first hand knowledge of the current situation. History has show the vast majority of the time you both had a pretty good outlook on a number of things in PR and decided to wait and enjoyed it with everyone. You have video proof that is absolute on that. Just know the vast majority of us appreciate the work and time you and your wife put into the videos. I put our PR fandom in the same line of Star War fans sometimes (we are not as big as Star Wars but hard to please). I personally hope they continue live action also, but I'm open to something new as long as they keep it fresh, original, and keep it alive and enjoyable. Remember the dark days after RPM went off the air. Don't get me wrong I love MM as much as the next die hard, but it was not the same. That's how I really got into SS. I also hope they give seasons like Wild Force, Overdrive, Mystic Force, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, and Jungle Fury some love soon. Keep doing what you do because you will be alright (don't let the trolls win). I enjoy looking at the vlog videos at night next to my wife before bed it just feels right for some reason....quite comforting actually. Never knew what dino riders was, but when I saw some video about them I went "hay those are the Dinosaurs from Mrs. Doubtfire" I actually had the pterodactyl but didn't know what line it came from. I used it as Kimberly's pet.
People that say Bruno and Mia don't know anything about Power Rangers are just jealous that they never got the once in a lifetime chance to work on a season of Power Rangers.
Oh I know!!! People sell every little weapon for like $75. By the time you piece together a thing you could have bought a private island! Okay, maybe not that much... but it's insane. There are all these little pieces I still need it's taken years and years and years to occasionally find them reasonably.
It's one of those lines where even though I'll never own them, I always take pleasure in seeing them in people's collections. Especially when they have most of the pieces and are in working order!

I had a few Voltron things... I wasn't really into it. My friend was really into Voltron. I wonder if Power Rangers had been a cartoon if I would have been so crazy about it...? I loved TMNT, which was a cartoon... I don't know. Didn't dislike Voltron... but the more it was a dinosaur, the more I would have liked it as a kid ;)

I think the Dino riders look awesome I never even knew or heard of them before but definitely seems like an awesome concept as a small RU-vidr myself I definitely understand some of the negative feedback from the views that now nothing about anything but I think you all are doing great and enjoy your content from both channels and I just wish I could see a small comeback for Mystic Knights I have all the episodes bootlegged but I was hoping for better but such as life have a killer day

My favourite toyline from the '80s was Robotech. The toys that Matchbox themselves made were poor and low quality, but the imported toys from Takatoku and Gakken more than made up those.
Thx for bringing back memories of old toys I had as a kid. I had some toys I can't remember there names they was knights with holograms on there chests I think I still have 1 or 2 knights in the garage. I want to call them illuminators but I just can't remember. I now have 4 power rangers figure's in my collection will be getting the Gold Ranger tomorrow. Just looked it up they was called Visionaries. Sorry for bad spelling.

I wasn't alive in the 80s but the first toy line that i loved as a kid was kenners lost world jurassic park. Great vlog as always and I would love to see more non power rangers stuff.
Favorite 80's (or early 90's) would be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Ghostbusters. I had a Leonardo costume set with mask, knee pads, elbow pads, and a sword!
Finally getting a chance towatch this and I can only see saved in this is not a bad video with people say in might be I really enjoy it I'm learning a lot it was a little bit before my time but if you have a big strong love for dinosaurs it must have been cool toys in very cool show.
Loved the Dino Riders stuff! Definitely one of my favorite toy lines growing up. Mattel purchased Tyco, so they own Dino Riders. Between their successful imaginext quasi-Dino Riders line (which my kids love) and their success with the Jurassic World toys, they totally need to revive Dino Riders

A lot of people seem to agree the 80s were a great time to be a kid. I'd add a lot of the 90s to that as well, but, so many great things for kids in the 80s.

I may not have grown up on Dino Riders (I’m too young lol) but those toys look awesome. Arguably some of the best Dino toys until Kenner/Hasbro made their toys for the first three Jurassic Park films. Even so, they’re still great toys. And it’s a cool concept. Humans and Aliens using Dinosaurs to fight each other? Now that’s cool. And yes, Rex from Toy Story is based on the T. rex from Dino Riders. It would be interesting if they brought Dino Riders back. Doesn’t Mattel own the rights to them now? I think they’d be great since they are the current makers of Jurassic Park/Jurassic World toys.
That's the same thing that happened to me but it was a Brer fox plush from critter country but I bought it for 20 bucks and now it's worth 400 on ebay And my favorite toy line from the 80s was transformers G1!
Bruno, people don't seem to understand that you aren't on the forefront of news not because you don't know it, but because you're either contractually, or personally obligated to not spill any info, so you wait until news boils over or the official announcement is made, and unless you say this outright, I just don't think some are going to get it through their thick little heads
I loved Dino Riders as a kid. And unfortunately I never got any of those toys cos they were and still are too expensive for me. :( In regards to toylines I loved from the 80s, I still am primarily a Transformers collector but every now and then, I try to get something from M.A.S.K. cos damn I love transforming vehicles. Excellent work on the animation from Mia too!!! I loved it. Great job as usual. This was another fun vlog.

If you like walking dinosaur toys ,you might want to get zoids they are robotic dinosaurs and also have a 2017 mmpr movie ascetic in them but you need to assemble them by yourself
Definitely check out the Zuru surprise dinos they have at Wal-Mart. For 6 bux you get a great dino figure with an action feature, and armor and spring loaded missiles! Dino riders in all but name
Transformers, He-Man and I think Thundercats before Dino-Riders but I only have one figure from Dino-Riders just not sure which one cause we are talking about a show from 1988 and the toys were released in 1988. I didn't see the comet
I never grew up with Dino Riders (or the 1980's) cause I was born in 1989, so, they were basically long before my time (I wish I could've grown up in the 1980's). XD Regardless, those do look pretty cool, and maybe one day I'll start into collecting Dino Riders! :D Also, Mia's animation is beyond amazing!
