Me too. As a kid, this teaser was unlike anything I had ever seen before. No narrator, no cutaways, no title cards. Just five glorious minutes of uninterrupted film. I wish more movies would market themselves like this.

They're both my top 2 favorite Disney movies.

definitely not Tarzan because I didn't see it for the first time until it came out on VHS. I honestly can't remember.

adamtherock2008 I remember seeing this and in early 2001 I saw the Spiderman teaser (the one with the twin towers and was pulled from theaters after the event of 9/11) were best trailers that I saw in theaters.

The Carnotaurus is evil on the movie.

Tony parra Uh, no, it's not. There's a big difference between being evil and being a predator, a carnivore. Just because a lion is a carnivore does it mean it's evil? No. It's pure instinct. The same goes for the Carnotaurus. It doesn't kill for fun, it hunts for food, and you can clearly see it doesn't go bother the other dinosaurs that stood up for themselves, it moved on to hunt an easier prey and only ONE prey. So you don't see it mass murdering many dinosaurs to eat, it hunts one, eats that one and leaves everyone else alone. That movie is a movie without a villain. A predator can't be classified as villain, only as a threat, but not a villain, since predators killing their prey IS supposed to happen in nature. Not even that grumpy dinosaur leading the others through the harder way to the "paradise" was evil... He was just too proud, but not evil at all.

Tony parra Just because many people consider it an enemy it doesn't mean it is evil and is a villain. It's the same thing as saying Jurassic Park's T-Rex was a villain when it actually saved the protagonists from a bunch of Velociraptors... But the T-Rex could have eaten the humans anyway (just like it did with one of them earlier in the movie). The villain in Jurassic Park was actually the guy that turned off all the security fences to steal some stuff from the labs of the park. Same goes for Jurassic Park 2. Just because the T-Rex nearly killed the protagonists while trying to rescue its baby it doesn't mean it's the villain either. It later tried to kill them again to defend its territory, even though the humans no longer held its baby captive. Still, it wasn't a villain. The villain was the guy trying to create a dinosaur zoo in USA. Animal predators can't be classified as villains because they all act on instinct. Unless it's the case of anthropomorphic animals, which would be animals that act like humans, then that's different. And even though the herbivores in Dinosaur act like humans, the Carnotaurus doesn't, you can clearly see it acts differently, like an animal. You can say, though, that the Carnotaurus is an antagonist. Again, an antagonist isn't necessarily a villain. There's a few kinds of antagonists: villains, threats and rivals. The Carnotaurus is a threat. Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, for example, is a villain. Ronno from Bambi, the male deer that tried to force Faline (Bambi's love interest) to be with him, is a rival (since male deers do compete for the females).

Then it begins. Aladar vs Patchi. Oh wait...are they even in the same time period?
