Thanks for the informative video. However I have a diode that's marked with G6 horizontally and then 2N to the right of the G6 but vertical. See the link (if it works) drive.google.com/file/d/1C6NdyLm_nNfdT08mAfFfjoSYOKVfDVVX/view?usp=drivesdk The original diode had a 0.2 voltage drop and I know it's an SOD-123 according to its measurements. Any ideas? I'm totally stuck right now and I cannot find a schematic for the board it's on with references to values on the components. 🤷🏽♂️
Thank you SO much for this. Finally a clean and concise video on all of the various types and their associated coding. Seriously cannot thank you enough.
@@ElectronicsAD If I can bug you for some quick insight, I've got a 1N4004 that I'm replacing, but every new one that I've purchased has a thinner gauge wire and the diode itself looks smaller. Am I missing something? Should the physical sizing be the same? Or should I just ignore it and know that it can handle the rating of any 1N4004?
I didn’t see anything about 6n doors and rectifiers. That being said it’s still the best video for diode codes on YT. Thanks. You earned a new sub today. Good Job God Bless.
Everything is clear but it would be better if you indicate the terminals of the diodes during explanation or else you can make a short video on diodes indicating only terminals. Thank you and ALL THE BEST😊😊
17:59 Hi thanks for the video I was looking for a smd diod (80F) but I could not find it would you please tell me what diod is this and what can use instead of it. Thank you
Hi there! GOOD JOB! i have a smd diode that its code is ( UM 01 ) do you know what it is? THKS.

Hello, I have a diode with: 12SQ045S Pec 0369 Can you tell me what it means? (I haven't found it in your video) Have a nice day !!! PS: it's from a solar panel
It's been gathered from various Datasheets of diode families. This video may be helpful to you, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Fauk9eUyWPg.html
Great effort 10X Like 👍🏻 Would you plz give me a link or a pdf datasheet for replacing Schottky diode labeled "B4 e⁴" broken in my surface pro 4 .. Thank you 🙏🏻
Sir, if you or anybody else can help me with finding a diode from an eclipse stereo. It is after the inductor and before LDO Voltage regulator TA78DM05S. The Marking is B447. Any help with be much appreciated. I found so many possible but it's different types of smd. I was trying to fix a screen glitch and started poking around where I wasn't supposed and what I believed to be a diode blew. I wanted to make sure I have the correct one so I can worry about the main problem and not worry about the new one. Thank you in advance. It's an old double din stereo from 2007 maybe, so it makes it hard to locate the exact one. PCB# 135941-6740A920. Was able to locate the board on Newegg. Sme board but for toyota navigation. Setup was alittle different.
Good evening, is it possible to identify a diode with an 87 on it, and 3 parallel lines? I cannot find anything online to tell me what this is. Its obviously not a standard nomenclature. Any chance you could help guide me to identiy this? Thanks!
