Johnny Mathis Honored! Multi-Grammy Award winning Hitmakers Dionne Warwick and Deniece Williams salute their friend and singer the incomparable Johnny Mathis (also multi-award winning). Mathis was honored by the Hollywood Media Professionals (formerly Pacific Pioneer Broadcasters) May 1, 2013, in an event held at the Sportsman's Lodge Hotel in Studio City, CA. This is the first of a 4-part CELEBRITY SHOWCASE salute to the legendary entertainer. A different celebrity is honored every month on CELEBRITY SHOWCASE.

BIG FAN right there during the day of Mathis&Williams duo, nice to know the story of Deniece and Johnny....very impressed with the excercise of the virtue of "humility".........and very pleased to see Dionne'slove and respect for Johnny - I always see them as each other's counterpart in music history.
