Exploring ways to include colors that I love, but don't always love me. Today two looks, one slightly more intense than the other using the two lighter blues in Dior's Denim.

Current Foundation Matches: Bite L30 -L40 / MUFE Reboot Y255 - Y315 / Fenty Pro Filter Hydrating 230, Dior Face & Body 2N, Chanel B20 - B30

I'm so glad you picked this palette to work with. I, too, love blue but have not found a way to make it work in makeup. I realize that trying to use it as an all over blue look was limiting me. To see it used as more of an accent color totally works! It's funny how we get stuck in our way of thinking, but this shifted my perspective. I can't wait to see the next look!

@@TheHoodedLid I had to follow up and tell you that I tried out this look! I used the two taupe shades from the new Chantecaille butterfly quad and for the blue, I used Victory from the Alter Ego Artemis pallette. I love it! I would never have thought to try this before, so thank you!

You look stunning with that pop of blue on your eye! I have hooded lids as well and although I love trying colors, I never found a way to use it without overtaking the lid! Thank you!!!

I love this blue on you! Very clever to complement it with the gold. Loved the lip options too! I usually go for a peachy lip with blue eyeshadow. Great video!!

You're such an artist! I have similar coloring to you and similar makeup taste so I love watching your videos. I have always really struggled with blue but this makes me want to give it another try.

I really enjoy your tutorial. Very informative. May i ask, your mirror looks like it seen better days the bottom of it looks very tatty. Can you not ckean it off if get a new mirror as i find it distracting when watching you apply makeup. Please don't take offense. ❤
