Oh I am so wishing we had promo codes in Western Australia, and there’s no deluxe sample over $100. My Mother’s Day perfume travel spray gift set was in a Pietro Ruffo package but that was just in the packaging box! I also had just one out of 2 samples (the only bonus we get!). It had no ribbon, tissue paper or anything. I was gutted and I can’t get through to customer service to get it fixed before Mother’s Day. I think Dior is slipping lately! Enjoy your goodies 😊

I am sorry to hear that there is no deluxe samples in your country. Do you guys have the loyalty program and do they send gifts for Silver, Gold and Platinum status? Sometimes for the couture box you have the option to get it, you have to choose it other way they will send it just in a box. They call it the “ECO” packaging. Maybe if you shop from a boutique with sale person they could send extra goodies? Thank you for commenting! ❣️

I definitely ticked Iconic Couture box. We don’t have any Boutiques for all of Western Australia, we have a few dedicated Dior Fragrance and Beauty Counters in our 2 major Department Store chains (and not all are equipped for full gift wrapping with boxes, ribbons, pouches and promotional items. I had a far better experience with Chanel for my small but treasured compact mirror (no box, a largish bag for the item though, but lots of both navy and cream with gold holiday ribbons, wrapping paper, a beautiful ChanelChristmas Card in heavy card envelope and a circle card embossed with Chanel scene with gold foilin, plus 4 samples…Dior take note! 😂

My home country is Bulgaria and there you can’t order Dior try the website. Not available to my country. Like you mentioned there is one or 2stores that sells Dior items, but I am not sure what is the experience with them. I like shopping Chanel try a sale associate. They send more freebies than if I order try the website. I love shopping but I have to stop buying for a moment 😁 I am hoping that you have an amazing day in Australia, never been to this country but I bet it is lovely!😊

I also relate, I don’t have any vices, I don’t go to manicures, pedicures or facials etc. I haven’t had my hair coloured for almost 2 years as I’m letting my grey/white blend with my blonde and regrowth which looks like I’ve deliberately coloured it this way 😂 As a single Mum of 3 sons and ‘Addyl’ to my 1 year granddaughter plus own a small business so I justified it as a treat for me. We deserve it. Red lip looks great! The lack of box - I’m so sad!

I stop coloring my hair for a very long time. I do have just one spot where I have so much grey coming out that I color but in the past year I let it grow. I like how it comes that silver color. I just go for a trim and this is all about. Definitely love spoiling my self with Dior or a Chanel beauty purchase ❣️ I am hoping that you have a fantastic week! What a lovely unboxing. I have ordered two new products to also get the lovely Mothers Day packaging. I love the gold nail polish and after just one coat it was very nice. I am disappointed for you that you were missing some samples. What country are you from, snow in April has me guessing. Thank you for a lovely video.

Good morning 🌞 thank you for your comment! I am originally from Bulgaria. But now I live here in USA. My state is Wyoming. It is something normal for us here snow in April, sometimes in May. Hopefully not this year in May. I do love the nail polishes. The disappointment is gone. I understand it is big company and sometimes mistakes happen. After all we are just people. My first order had a mini missing. I called and and the ambassador emailed me a code for a several minis in my next order with no minimum so I purchased the matching lip liner for my lipsticks. Now I’m waiting for them to arrive ❤

They are usually pretty good of trying to compensate people. I had only one time a bit rude customer assistant, and was around Christmas couple years ago, but that it is probably because they were getting overwhelmed. 🎁❣️
