I have some issues with Dior’s customer service too. They sometimes don’t care about your complaints, I told them if you don’t have any promo item that I expect to receive, they should replace it with a different promo item. 🤷‍♀

I was kinda upset over the platinum birthday gift from 2023 which was the notebook, which is nice but thought it could have been better. But they totally made up for that with the amazing holiday gift. I loved it. Love your channel! 🩷🩷

I never contacted them about gifts honestly. I didn’t get my silver or gold tier gift but I did get my platinum gifts for my birthday and that holiday gift too. It’s such a nice gift and other fashion houses don’t even compare to their gift or loyalty program offers. I love the makeup bag. I should start over so I can get the new gifts! 😂

I want to get my Gold gift but it’s not letting me to move on from the ‘order’ step. Do I need to purchase something to receive the gift? I emailed customer service 3 days ago and no response..

I got the new Gold welcome gift few weeks back 🤩🤩 I honestly don't like the platinum welcome gift and the holiday gift at the moment so I did not bother renew my Platinum tier and just settled with the Gold for the mean time. My birthday is in February and if I happen to like the birthday gift for the Platinum member than the Gold tier, then I might consider upgrading my status back to Platinum. 🥰

I am in the platinum tier and received the renewal and holiday gift. They are amazing! I just had my Bday and was trying to redeem my Bday gift, but I couldn’t check out. They explained to me, that in order to get it, I have to make another purchase. Is that new? (The representative could not care less and I felt like I was bothering him, which I probably was. lol ) I tried the chat, but never received answer, email didn’t work either and never received answer when tried the WhatsApp. 😏

Hi Trish. Very nice gifts; I love that serum. Dior customer service by phone takes forever, orders cannot be canceled, and I have never been able to use the chat function. I think they should learn from their sister company Sephora.

hey Trish I think your foundation shade would be N1.5 ,and concealer N1 ;) ow what a nice birthday gift please keep us posted x,I'm very disappointed with Dior Cs,missed out on few gifts cos of them😮and uk dos not even have live chat,sent so meny emails but did not get any replies 😮

UK has a number and they are quite pleasant and awesome. Bought items twice as guest, called them and I had them linked back to my accounts within 24 hrs seamlessly. Love them!

Yeah I got the brush set and the hair perfume and quarts comb so nice I wasn’t expecting it I thought I might get a soap dish but the gift changed woohoo 😃😍💕 I just got my holiday gift with the holiday gift wrapping I was surprised I don’t think it was going to be so nice 😍😍 do they do a spring gift too or maybe I’m mistaken 🤔😅

This has been my third Christmas being on a platinum tier…. Never received a holiday gift or a birthday gift. Tried to contact them this year to ask why…. I’m more confused than I was before calling 😅 I have no idea if I’ll receive mine this year.

When I called , they asked what my issue was, and after telling them my issue they said they were from Paris , that I called to some store in Paris and they cannot help me 😂😂😂 “try and call the UK department “ they even changed the accent 😂😂 tried again after a few days and they said they didn’t had my birthday registered. So I’ll wait until next October and see what happens.
