I have eczema and very sensitive dry skin. I know I probably shouldn’t buy products like that but I was tired of emollients and wanted something anti-ageing and omg how hydrating, plumping and glowy my skin is. My makeup looks glowing on top too. No reactions, itchiness just hydration. I started using products gradually not everything at once. Hope it helps.
that’s good to hear. as soon as you feel something different and it reacts bad to you skin, stop immediately. yes gradually adding to your skin care is a good step to be able to determine if the products suits your ski type.
Great seeing your Dior routine👍👍Ive been using their skincare for 40 years and love it!! All the products smell so wonderful dont they?? The new serum now is called Le Serum💜
I have tried hydra life before capture total, but that was way back when I wasn’t doing RU-vid. I would suggest that if this will be your first time using Dior skin care, start with hydra life and move your way up. Also, don’t get everything all at once. start one product at a time so your skin is able to adjust.
Loving the Essence Lotion and I do the same. 🙂I used the cell energy eye serum and have switched to the new one and I highly recommend the super potent eye serum, you will love it Im sure. 🙂
it is expensive, but for me it’s worth it and it really works. however, don’t get them all at one time. incorporate them to your routine one at a time, so your skin also will have time to adjust. for me when I started with my routine I gave it at least 3weeks in between each product. but you know your skin better on how it can adjust, so base it on that.
Just a correction, the essence lotion is described as a toner in the Dior website. That is basically what it is. Also, I like the reviews of it but it does have alcohol in it and I have rosacea so even though I've been thinking of buying it I'm hesitant :|
@@suzannesellers7383 I have the Serum, the Eye Serum and the Firming Cream. My overall impression of them is..they're not super irritating (for me at least) but it does make my skin a bit red, it certainly hasn;t caused any breakouts. Maybe my skin gets a bit redder because of rubbing them in. They're not super gentle but they're not super irritating either. If you're on the more normal/tolerating spectrum of rosacea you can use them I guess. If your skin is super sensitive/reactive I propose the La Roche Posay Toleriane line that I use in the morning and it feels very gentle (except if you live in the US I suggest checking the ingredients first because I've heard they're different from the ones made for Europe - I live in Europe). I only use the Capture Totale line before bed (they make the skin very plumpy even through the morning) and I don't care about a bit more redness then.
