Just take any liquid lip (best is the little creamy formula but the dry one works too) mix it with glitter before applying, then apply it with an applicator. When it's almost dry smack your lips and there you go. Saved you $$$

A few years ago they had similar lipsticks from Essence for 3 Euros, even the color seems to be the same
