Are you just moving weight or are you keeping muscles under constant tension? If you can do more than 15+ reps of the latter maybe just start doing weighted dips
I can do 150 pounds on narrow position but when i do a different tricep machine i do only 95 pounds.... which tri-head is this working? Is the narrow position activating chest aswell?
You can't really trust the weights showed on the machines. They are all somewhat different. It's also something with it being a single pulley or double pulley machine. Take notes of how much weight you use on different machines I would say
@@comanchedase sometimes dips are to easy for people and they dont have belt to add plates so this works too, although i think dips are a superior movement
