A beginner would have problems if the only directions available were incomplete. Good thing you did this video for those who may have purchased this kit.
I find a lot of companies do the same thing. May just be it’s not something they think of at the time. But I did let the owner know and she intends on changing the instructions
I really like the way those nails turned out - I wasn't so sure from the swatch sticks, but I was pleasantly surprised. One of my most favoritest movies (and I have a list as well) is "Fall of the House of Usher" - the one starring Vincent Price (don't you DARE laugh). Though I'm not a huge fan of old movies, I can make acceptions, because some of the older horror movies are the best.
First of all, I love how the glitter doesn't even sit on your skin after dipping, how easy for clean up💜 Secondly, the perfect coverage with such a beautiful glittery blue....love love love💙💎💙💎
Unbelievable. I’ve been dipping for a few months now, decided eh what the hell I’ll go back to check out some beginners videos see if I missed a few tips and tricks. UM. Yeah, yeah Tara, ya did miss some stuff. I learned so much from this! I appreciate you!
Thank you so much for this video. I’m a beginner and I’ve been struggling, so this step by step video is super helpful. Also, thank you for explaining the purpose of each step. 🙂
Thanks for the kit review I always wonder about kits like this of Amazon. I know u have tried a few of them u know I love a good blue glitter like this lol. Love all the glitter 💖💅💅
Thanks Marla for your tips and instructions. Now I know why my pretty blue dips look like they are marbled. I thought it was the dip. Now I know it was the clear powder. Always learning.
Favorite Adam Sandler movie is a toss up between Happy Gilmore and 50 First Dates. But my favorite movie of all time and one I could watch forever on repeat is Steele Magnolias. And I cry. Every. Single. Time! 2nd favorite is The Princess Bride. If I have to explain why on that one then I would say your question is inconceivable!!
I agree on the top coat method, I did try it skipping the activator after filing and wiping the nails and it was dull. Once I went back and remembered to activate and wipe, totally different game!
I'm not really the biggest fan of blues (I know I'm breaking your heart!), but even I have to admit this blue glitter is gorgeous! I think my favorite movie is either Pride and Prejudice or Sense and Sensibility. I'm a sucker for period pieces!
Hmm Favorite movie of all time is probably Fried Green Tomatoes. I could watch that everyday. I hope they make the correction to the top coat directions it otherwise seems like a decent set for the price.
Dang I have a lot but I don't think I have an all time favorite. I love Green Fried Tomatoes movie, anything with Julia Roberts in. OMG Tyler Perry movies!!!! Meet The Browns is a good one!
Revel, triple vitamin, kyra sky, etc. I never do the second activator. I'd rather wait a bit for the second layer of top coat to dry that have it get thick from contaminating with activator.
Can you tell I'm binging your videos?? LOL. Okay, but the activator cures the top coat when you put it on under the top coat??? Is that right? Wouldn't you have to use it after the top coat in order to cure the top coat? That blue is gorgeous BTW. What I am loving about this is no lamp time!
Marla - you activate, file and buff, then activate again? My favorite movie is Good Fellas. I will never not watch it if it's on TV. Great video! Helpful tips
I can't believe I'm first lol. I almost thought my eyes were just being super sensitive or I was just to close lol but I could have been just the top coat burning my eyes
The glitters look so pretty 🥰. Thank you for showing how you get that nice Cuticle line bec I'm horrible at it. Can you do a video removing glitter dip. I just wonder if it takes more time, if it's harder to remove, do you blue residue, the process , etc. 🤔😁
I struggle hopefully one day mine will look as goods as yours.. I have a question what did u say u put on your nails first before u started the process?
Hey girl!!!! Loved the video as always!!! Have you every tried kierra sky dip top coat? I know i know i know you dont like dip top coats i was just curious if you had tried that particular one lol
From what I understand base coat and top codes are the same in a dip powder kit or that's what I have heard so the top coat can be used as a base coat for your dip powder
What does it mean when you get the dip powder all over your dust brush when you brush off the excess? I’ve literally ruin brushes because the powder gets all of the brush
If it’s just powder, you can comb it out. It’s it’s sticky powder (base in there too) you just need to wait a little longer before you dust off excess.
There are a few options for you. I know of some ladies that have had much luck using masks when they apply dip or you can use dip powder with gel liquids instead.
@@yanapritchard4797 of course. So instead of using dip liquids, you would use gel base and cure. I will link a video for you to check out. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5pcTD1Qte4U.html
Welcome aboard! These are specific dip powder liquids. It’s resin based (glue). I really like these and also love the liquids from ripple vitamin and sparkle and co!
