Great video brothers, this surely helps people, and they know more about Street Workout now, that's what it all matters, have fun, make new moves/variations/goals !
Hey guys! Me and my team are working on making a calisthenic park in our town along with the mayor and I'd like to know more about this structure you use on the video
@@unnaturalatrophy8073 you cant do them in a set as a beginner but unweighted they are too easy for elite athletes. i still do them weighted instead of normal dips, cause i think they are a more complete pushing exercise. after that i do isolation work.
Awesome list, but i'd definitely put Korean Dips in the ''advanced'' category. That exercise is no joke, especially with minimal momentum. For example, i can do a fair amount of Bulgarian Ring Dips, but i heavily struggle to do even one single Korean Dip with momentum.
Great video!! For some reason i can do korean dips fairly comfortably in sets of 10 but i can't hold a tuck planche without momentum to save my life.. So much shoulder work to do..
Höchste Qualität, was ihr hier abliefert ! i d like to know, where the exactly difference is between a straight bar dip and the parallel bar dip? do they work the same muscles?? - ( i aint got parallelbars to train on)
The difference is that a straight bar dip is harder because you have a different angle and placement for your shoulders & you lean a litte bit more forward + it's harder to balance because you have to counterbalance the movement with your legs. But they work nearly the same muscles.
Can I request a tutorial on how to do korean dips? Swinging planche is so much doable for me rather than korean dips. AND I'M AN ASIAN FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. :p
These are great - but I am surprised that Gironda Dips were excluded (Dips with a reverse grip) and of course deep dips when you lower yourself all the way down.
Even tho they seem to be good exercises sometimes I have NEVER felt these dips comfortable or anatomic enough to execute in 20 yrs of training.... I pass... I feel i injure my shoulder joint, elbows and wrists.... although U guys do it amazingly as usual... you are not humans :)))))
hey, I've heard a lot of people say not do do dips because it leads to damage in the shoulder joint in the long term. what do you think about that? should we remove dips from out overall routine
Hi guys, many people say that you can hurt your joints by doing dips due to fully extend your arms at the end of the movement. What do you say about that?
Martín Piriz no way. incorrect form then. the scapula pinch is important to your shoulder protection. if you can't to do regular dips with square shoulders I highly suggest you do bench dips until you can do about 20 easily with perfect form. you will transition into the normals with a smile on your face
Martín Piriz just like squats are bas for knees and deadlifts are bad for back! Hah! Well they're right. If you do them wrong or if you are fucked up somehow
How to do an elbow dips? I really need help on elbow dips, when I go down into elbow dips , I does not have the strength to lift myself up again, is it because my elbows have no power? Pls help
