Zimbabwe is transforming bit by bit

Mulk ,Westprop and Walter Magaya are by far the largest developers in Zim right now

Hello workers’s transport, warehousing, sanitation care homes, helipad etc seem to be missing.

It won't be the first smart capital city in Africa though, Egypt has already set the pace

My only problem is calling the place Mt Hamden we have made strides in decolonizing our cities and towns in Zimbabwe we should look for an indigenous name for the city

One supposes US.$500 million would be the beginning of the investment for this Cyber City project - as, in the scheme of things & the size of this project, this amount is small but a start. Could this Mount Hamdon area be the same area where the Chinese have built a parliament building to start the ball rolling? Crazy! As there is/was need for investments in other people projects in that country. 🤔.

Why is only his building the tallest one? Does it not create a culture of monopoly and unfair competition?

We need a strong and competent government to oversee such big investments

Projects that dont involve Zim engineers in their conception and Implementation are still colonial in nature ...
