Our family loves salmon, we grill it, smoke it & can it! Salmon is so good for you...loaded with fatty acids and Omegas...it's a power food. Perfect for our Carnivore diet. We're also pressure canning homemade beef stew & I'm introducing you to our newest homestead animals! Cheers...
MOZZARELLA CHEESE CRISP TACOS:
Each taco will need 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
Place 1/3 cup cheese in a circle on parchment paper on a plate. Microwave for about 1:30-2 minutes. Keep an eye on it & don't let it over cook. When the cheese turns from white to orange, it's done. Remove the cheese & quickly place a kitchen spoon in the center of the taco and fold it over the spoon handle into a taco shape. Hang it for a couple of minutes to allow the shape to set. That's it, stuff it full of your desired meat & toppings! :)
