Love it when the fishing is hot in Chitina, plenty of time to goof around, do some catch and release, be picky about what fish we catch. I caught a bunch trying to bring in a king. Finally gave up after an hour, came back in the morning and the first fish I caught was a king. Glad I left one spot open on my tag! June 14, 15th dippin' on the Copper. Filled all our permits and proxy's with 185 fish on our personal use tags.
